Sorry not sorry.. saw this an couldn't resist ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ ----------------------------------------- ------------------- Soooooo many useless supplements out there, people are brainwashed to believe they actually need them to drop fat/ weight, or have tired a load of fad diets that haven't worked, now turning to supplements for the answer ๐Ÿ˜ค Only supplements I will take is protein if I'm deficient and creatine. Other then that you just need to stop pigging out an eating to much.. ------...-------------------------------- ---------------------- In reality all you need is better balance.. eating carbs, sugar, fats don't make you fat, consuming too much of anything will make you fat.. I could eat the "healthiest" food out there, but if I consume more then I expend then I'll gain weight/ fat! So STOP demonising foods, no one food is to blame.. YOU ARE ----------------------------------------- ------------------- It's all about energy balance boys and girls.. if your energy input (what you eat an drink) is higher then your energy output (exercise, walking, moving..) then you will put Fat/ weight. Simple... As... That!

slightly fatigued from training this mornings gym sessh and a liytle rusty. Had 30mins between sessions to have a little play round on the Paralettes ----------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Amazing bit of kit for working on stregth, core and stability. Take up next to no room and then all you need is your bodyweight!
