I had a one hour's massage yesterday with Adam after feeling stiff in my neck and shoulders from accumulative issues.

He dissuaded me from having a treatment for 48 hours; he told me what I should do in the mean time and to keep vigilant for the signs of a trapped nerve. The massage was deep and thorough, and I was pleasantly surprised that the treatment itself lasted a full hour, rather than needing to be out of the studio within 60 minutes. Feeling much better the morning after. Thank you.
