Beautiful organic flowers from JB Bloomers with sprigs of Aphrodite’s Myrtle leaves symbolising love & chastity. The most perfect day at the most stunning venue for today’s wedding cake. A handmade sugar castle topping a white sugar flower covered cake with tiny Mickey Mouse symbols around the doorway to reflect the couple’s Disney world proposal. Today’s wedding cake is possibly the coolest cake I’ve ever been asked to make! A brilliant design brought to me by the most fabulous couple of brides. 3 tiers of cake within a sleek exterior with Raspberry Bellini, Rhubarb & Custard and Vanilla with White Chocolate flavours. Today’s wedding cake has tiers of pearly edible lace, sugar swags & red roses to match the good luck envelopes exchanged in the couple’s Chinese tea ceremony before the wedding. What a fabulous day on our cookery course. Fifi is a very calm, patient and encouraging teacher. In depth, methodical sessions. Very generous with ingredients and equipment as well as refreshments. Lots of drinks, a delicious lunch and home made cupcakes. A great experience all round, thank you.

We really loved our wedding cake, it was exactly how we visioned it to be and all three flavours tasted amazing. The cake stand even went really well with our table center arrangements. We would highly recommend Fifi's cakery!

We had the most amazing cakes macaroons and wedding cake made by Fifi. The whole experience was magical from start to finish from the initial meeting to eating our cake. Fifi was so approachable and wasn’t worried when we kept changing our minds on what we wanted. She also happily made some cupcakes for us last minute. Being gluten free myself I have eaten some strange tasting cakes in the past but FiFis cakes were exemplary and faultless. I would highly recommend her she is number one in our books.

We can not thank Fifi enough for our absolutely stunning wedding cake she made for us! I was amazed when i saw our cake sitting there on our wedding day. Fifi could not have got the design any closer to what we had hoped for.

Everyone said how amazing it tasted and looked on the day. Luckily we kept the top tier for after the wedding to enjoy and having just tasted some. We are not disappointed. Thank you so much Fifi.x

Communication was easy & prompt & we love having you come to our house to try & pick flavours & the look of our cake. What was particularly impressive was that you were able to create a top tier that I could eat - both dairy & gluten free. Simply THE very best cakes you will find anywhere! Made our crazy 3 tier Wedding cake, complete with skull decorations. From the first taste to the very last mouthful the cake was bursting with the most incredible flavours. Many guests said it was the best cake they'd had...EVER! Our wedding cake looked and tasted amazing. We opted for salted caramel and coconut flavour tiers and they both tasted so good. Our semi-naked wedding cake was amazing and exactly how we imagined, thank you! When we chose a naked cake, I was worried that they could be quite messy if made by the wrong person, but the one you made us really did look perfect and was delicious, thank you! x
