FIFO Lifestyle was founded on the premise that health is a complex and delicate balance of much more than just a trim waist and firm biceps.

Listening to and understanding each of my clients is at the core of getting you one step closer to your full potential, and to leading happier, healthier lives.

Working closely with you, I offer tailored Personal Training solutions to get you to your fitness, body composition, strength, mobility and aesthetic goals whilst, challenging and motivating you through innovative and forward thinking training techniques.

My life experiences to date vary from a stint on the corporate ladder, to performing on club podiums in Ibiza - so IвҖҷve lived and relate to people from all walks of life and am genuinely excited about being able to use my passion for health, fitness and well-being to make a difference.

Having trained for over 15 years and now with nearly 7 years as a Certified Personal Trainer, my goals are to provide an all-round experience for you as a client allowing you to move towards your full potential as a person and enjoy a happier and more healthy lifestyle from day-to-day.

Yes we do lead busy lives - but small conscious decisions and changes lead to to fruitful rewards in our overall well-being when combined with the right attitude.

MONDAY MEANS WHAT TO YOU?
I just built an idea around movement, but many of us relate to Monday motivation, or it (ideally) being leg day рҹҳӮ
Symbolisms and abstract meanings are personal and also very powerful!
... All these different "Monday Mindsets" influence our thoughts, feelings, attutudes and ultimately our experience of that same Monday.
A motivating one? One where we move? One where we train legs without fail?
I've been tuned in to some of my fave YouTubers (as usual) and a message stuck with me yesterday; around rituals, habits,and what we claim we are willing to do/sacrifice in oder to succeed versus what we ACTUALLY do.
How big is your discrepancy? Why? Plans to bridge the gap? If not how do you propose to ACTUALLY succeed?

As with most things, 2 minutes scratches only the surface but I aim to provide you with tools to help you identify these concepts and how they can/will be beneficial to you, and to provide inspiration and creative ideas for applying them to your training as you move through your week.
