Over the Christmas period, our opening hours will be changing. Our phone lines will be closed at 5pm on Christmas Eve and open again at 8am on Monday 30 December. We’ll also respond to any messages you send online from Monday 30 December.

We think it's really important to support our colleagues as and when they need it, whether it's about something that seems big or small. There's a range of ways we do this, including mental health first aiders, one-to-one drop sessions and our quiet rooms. These quiet rooms can be used by anyone who needs them, even if it's just to take five minutes for some peace and quiet.
Our Mental Wellbeing network also offer a range of options to support the wellbeing of our people, wh...ich they can tap into at any time.

Our employee networks have been celebrating #BlackHistoryMonth with a series of events throughout October including panel discussions, coaching sessions and interviews with external guest speakers. Thanks to everyone who’s helped to organise the events, shared their knowledge and experience, and taken part. Our Embrace network has also recently been nominated as “outstanding diversity network” at this year’s inclusive company awards for their work to help the organisation celebrate diversity and inclusion of the BAME community.
