The fitness centre is brilliant and classes ate conducted well and all the instructors are very encouraging and motivating

Its a really interasting place for kids and good workout ..the main pool temperature is really nice and the kids pool with waves programed is amazing.the outside pool 25m long and the kids square i didn't caugh it open but i will on my next visit..its a really friendly place but looks alsow busy as i caugh the floor a bit not checked���sory guys i know its really busy and cubicals almost always taken.. but is nice specially the lifeguard positions and chairs really impress me especially if they have to go in for rescue..cears and thank you for all staff..good staff xxx

I go at adult swimming time and it is great. Clean and changing rooms set. Font go st half terms. I went this week and it was hot and noise. Fortunately kids not allowed in big pool
I been today swimming for first time. I think the swimming pool is fine to have your swimming workout only the space around the pool and changing rooms should be more clean. Than will be all briliant �
The place is not brilliant but it is ok. Staff need proper training on customer service. They lack communication skills. It is as if you are on holiday to Poland. No offence to any Poles, but their customer service is nowhere as good as British. My countries' (AL) customer service is not as good either, but we live in the UK so we learn and adapt.
Lovely lido. Shame about the "lifeGUARDS" who felt the need to shout and reprimand me for not getting in the pool at the very same exact second my competent swimmer, nearly 8 year old daughter got in. Her Nan was also standing beside the pool, in her costume, and I was simply removing the towel from my shoulder and giving it to her before getting in! I was not the only one. It seemed every minute they were shouting at someone.
I'm a regular user of the gym and the swimming pool. I give my 2 � for the staff. They do a great job. But the place is crying out for help. Old machines out of order for months and block shower rooms and the swimming pool is shut down today. So regular users like me have to turn back. I think better management need to do something or give the management to someone can provide a good service.
