Security all rude man saw one guy get punched in face for no reason, then he was the one to get kicked out.. Too many people let into venue for the Size of it, security just picking people at random and chucking them out for no reason probably because it was too full.
It's a nice spacious venue but I did find that it was full of children with fake IDs .. last night was filled to the rim with kids. I couldn't see any of the young ones being older then 15/16 years of age. Was abit of an off put as I was bombarded from wall to wall with kids and old people. The music was good so that's why I stayed.
Great music, great artists. Always enjoyed the place. Always having a great time. Only letting down moment is slow bar- need more staff. On top of it rude and selective towards the costomers. My friend was blanked for ages while other folk been served. Another my friend left the bag with security person on the doors for Just 2 minutes and his AFTERSHAVE!!! (COME ON) "disappeared" from the bag. Wooouzers!

The security took chewing gum off people stating that it wasn't allowed in the club but it was for sale in the toilets for £4 a pack. I asked at the bar for ice as it was so hot and the girl said they don't give out ice but then I got some from the guy working next to her. I had an empty bottle taken off of me. It was unbearably hot and there was no where to sit down in the main room as the seating area was for vips only. Also if you spent more than a minute in the cubicle the attendant started to bang on the door.
the bouncers really let the club down. im a disabled person and they were so rude and aggressive. taking the mickey out of patrons, throwing people out for no reason. i had a bright light shined in my face and im highly epileptic which they knew about. that could of turned really bad as im light sensitive due to a head injury. they didnt give a damn about my disability or epilepsy. disgraceful. they should take a lesson from koko's as they really look after you.

Went to a rave birthday celebration there ...VENUE was ok good crisp sound fair staff expencive drinks...security let me in with my BUGLE but confiscated it a couple of hours into the party .. BECOUSE IT WAS TO LOUD...HAHAHAHAHA...Takes the piss...it was supposed to be a rave n you wernt allowed to make any noise..WONT be traveling 165 miles to be goin into that venue to party with 2 world renound organixations...if a carnt blow ma BUGLE might as well av stopped at home...but they did let me have it back wen i left...!!!
Truly awful...Kick my female friend out and then demand £20 to let her stay in?? Then when you're outside with her alone demand she goes to the cash machine to get you £30 to let her back in. Corrupt and heavy handed bouncers, club seems like it's run by someone who doesn't have a clue. Toilet and cloakroom system is beyond a joke. Tunnels to and from the main room right at the front so you've got a constant stream of people going through you as you try to dance. Never will I return to this club again. Yesterday was a second chance, but was just as I remembered it to be 4 years ago. Such a shame as the club has so much potential.
They confiscated my OFFICIAL government issue American drivers licence, and had the audacity to stall and keep telling me it was fake. Ive been going to this venue a lot and I'm always getting issues from their staff. Step your game up. How can you treat customers like this?

Is very dirty sticky and s massive warehouse mess inside so is its partner Lightbox which is equally disgusting and full of scumbags.
Bouncers are legally not allowed to throw u out if you haven't done anything wrong. In my case I did not suck the bar managers dick as he was trying to get me to give him something! grabbed me and tried to force me to go in the men's toilets. So he told the bouncer I didn't pay to get me chucked out. He let me and my friend in and when he didn't get anything he turned tables around. I tried to give him money to get him to go away out he ran after us grabbing us. I have the bouncers picture who grabbed and threw me out for no reason . There is cctv as I showed the police and I have a picture of the female bouncer who assaulted me. I will be going to the police again

I agree with people's previous comments about the rude security. Searched on the way in, they did throw out food in my pocket. Fair enough. But then they told me I couldn't take chewing gum in. I suffer from bad anxiety at times and chewing gum helps me to remain calm. I tried to explain to security about my anxiety and refused to hand it over, but they wouldn't even listen and told me in a loud voice "You need to leave"..... no way in HELL was I missing the event they were hosting as I came over specifically from Northern Ireland, so I handed the chewing gum over and consequently had some anxiety issues during the night and it affected my enjoyment of the night. I will be considering complaining to the manager about the way they treat people with mental illness.....
And I definitely agree about the person who said about the slow bar service...... even at a "quieter" bar I was waiting ages to be served as they only had one member of bar staff.....
Other than that a good enough night but room for improvement.

Great music, great artists. Always enjoyed the place. Always having a great time. Only letting down moment is slow bar- need more staff. On top of it rude and selective towards the costomers. My friend was blanked for ages while other folk been served. Another my friend left the bag with security person on the doors for Just 2 minutes and his AFTERSHAVE!!! (COME ON) "disappeared" from the bag. Wooouzers!
Last Friday was wierd in general. Didn't really felt it the same way.
The security took chewing gum off people stating that it wasn't allowed in the club but it was for sale in the toilets for £4 a pack. I asked at the bar for ice as it was so hot and the girl said they don't give out ice but then I got some from the guy working next to her. I had an empty bottle taken off of me. It was unbearably hot and there was no where to sit down in the main room as the seating area was for vips only. Also if you spent more than a minute in the cubicle the attendant started to bang on the door.
the bouncers really let the club down. im a disabled person and they were so rude and aggressive. taking the mickey out of patrons, throwing people out for no reason. i had a bright light shined in my face and im highly epileptic which they knew about. that could of turned really bad as im light sensitive due to a head injury. they didnt give a damn about my disability or epilepsy. disgraceful. they should take a lesson from koko's as they really look after you.
Worst security i have ever come across, rude, abusive, power mad and literally treating everyone like fucking cattle. Shouting at the queue and picking out randoms for no reasons just to shout at them or give them warning they would t get in standing silently and still. WTF i have been going to these types of events all round the country for 20 odd years and this is the worst security i have ever come across. DISGUSTING
Went to a rave birthday celebration there ...VENUE was ok good crisp sound fair staff expencive drinks...security let me in with my BUGLE but confiscated it a couple of hours into the party .. BECOUSE IT WAS TO LOUD...HAHAHAHAHA...Takes the piss...it was supposed to be a rave n you wernt allowed to make any noise..WONT be traveling 165 miles to be goin into that venue to party with 2 world renound organixations...if a carnt blow ma BUGLE might as well av stopped at home...but they did let me have it back wen i left...!!!
Truly awful...Kick my female friend out and then demand £20 to let her stay in?? Then when you're outside with her alone demand she goes to the cash machine to get you £30 to let her back in. Corrupt and heavy handed bouncers, club seems like it's run by someone who doesn't have a clue. Toilet and cloakroom system is beyond a joke. Tunnels to and from the main room right at the front so you've got a constant stream of people going through you as you try to dance. Never will I return to this club again. Yesterday was a second chance, but was just as I remembered it to be 4 years ago. Such a shame as the club has so much potential.
They confiscated my OFFICIAL government issue American drivers licence, and had the audacity to stall and keep telling me it was fake. Ive been going to this venue a lot and I'm always getting issues from their staff. Step your game up. How can you treat customers like this?
The bouncers are really rude to you ..they don't know how to behave nicely doesn't matter the situation they have very low standards in customer service ...even if is the garage splash party is free or not I promise I won't go back there .Thats terrible ...you guys should teach them what's RESPECT because in the end we're all human beings ..they are not a higher level or race if they wear uniforms .I don't want come back there ,even if is the best party in London .disgusting people.
Scum of a place, hell hole! Bouncers are bullies, the owner doesn’t care about complaints, the bouncers drugged out of their faces on ket, and also take you into the back and rob you! Avoid

Never go to this place if you are a girl! Even with friends... the foreign short stocky bar manager is a sexual abuser and demands sexual favours and will chuck u out if u don't give him anything ! Bouncers are scumbags especially head bouncer and all will chat u up! Is very dirty sticky and s massive warehouse mess inside so is its partner Lightbox which is equally disgusting and full of scumbags.
Bouncers are legally not allowed to throw u out if you haven't done anything wrong. In my case I did not suck the bar managers dick as he was trying to get me to give him something! grabbed me and tried to force me to go in the men's toilets. So he told the bouncer I didn't pay to get me chucked out. He let me and my friend in and when he didn't get anything he turned tables around. I tried to give him money to get him to go away out he ran after us grabbing us. I have the bouncers picture who grabbed and threw me out for no reason . There is cctv as I showed the police and I have a picture of the female bouncer who assaulted me. I will be going to the police again

It’s unusual I’ll leave a review, but it needs to be said again. I’d heard nothing positive about this place, but we went along anyway as it’s local, and everything we’d heard was true. It’s a vile shitty place full of inept and power mad staff, and I wouldn’t go back if you paid me.
I agree with people's previous comments about the rude security. Searched on the way in, they did throw out food in my pocket. Fair enough. But then they told me I couldn't take chewing gum in. I suffer from bad anxiety at times and chewing gum helps me to remain calm. I tried to explain to security about my anxiety and refused to hand it over, but they wouldn't even listen and told me in a loud voice "You need to leave"..... no way in HELL was I missing the event they were hosting as I came over specifically from Northern Ireland, so I handed the chewing gum over and consequently had some anxiety issues during the night and it affected my enjoyment of the night. I will be considering complaining to the manager about the way they treat people with mental illness.....
And I definitely agree about the person who said about the slow bar service...... even at a "quieter" bar I was waiting ages to be served as they only had one member of bar staff.....
Other than that a good enough night but room for improvement.
Fuming. Paid for tickets, bunch of non-ticket people let in, turned away at the door with no refund. Robbery!! SHOULDN'T SELL TICKETS IF YOU WON'T LET PEOPLE IN. You're making us pay you money for waiting 3hrs in the queue with no chance to get in. You should be either shut down, or start being more honest instead of promising people entry to then turn them away. Disgusting behaviour.
Fuck fire & lightbox I want a full refund on my two tickets, plus everything you stole off of me, you falsely accused me of being a drug dealer because you found 2 empty doggy bags on me and because I had my anti depressants without my prescription on me then took me to a room out the back and threatened to “fuck me up, if I don’t give them all my shit” and also stole my money from me, this was my first time there and they banned me for life because of this, not once was I rude to them either
Didn’t make it inside, security absolutely appalling and useless w are just so put off. My sister and I were spoken to like we were criminals sadly did not take names down. Whoever if anyone monitors this page this happened like 10 mins ago. Tallest of security guys and red haired girl with long ponytail hair cut weird up on the side. Even though the party seemed like fun and we missed out big time, also could not get refund from organisers absolutely no way we would go in after how were were spoken to. Shocking!
