3 reasons how to keep lean or get lean?
1•chicken and broccoli
Yes sometimes i change my diet and you will all see sometimes i snack on a chocolate or something but the protien in chicken fasters your metabolism by 20%to 35% aswell as the broccoli also fasters your metabolism.

If your drinking water and thats all your drinking watch how ripped you be i recommend you drink 2 to 3 litres a day of water.
3•hiit cardio
Normal cardio doesnt burn just fat but also burns your muscle however hiit cardio reduces the muscle burn loss and burns fats
