Totally love this gym, the staff are really friendly and willing to assist wherever they can. The classes are exceptional, my favorite being the HIIT (high intensity interval training) and Shred class(unique to fitness first).

James the instructor really creates a personal touch and motivates everyone to push their limits, and even tough sometimes I want to punch him at the end of it, the results speak for themselves.

Of course with a pool, sauna and steam room to detoxify after an intense workout, I couldnt ask for a better gym!

Love this gym! Joined in September, been a happy member since! Staff is friendly but not intrusive, every time I've had an issue it's been dealt with promptly and professionally

By far the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The classes, the PT’s, the facilities - all A1!!

This gym is severely over rated. They call themselves a Platinum gym but:

• Booking system is managed by an excel spreadsheet - you can't even book via an app.

• Class size is not managed - which means that even when you book, class instructors don't check who has booked, so you end up working out with no space what so ever.

• The gym is severely over crowded - going there in the morning or at 18:00 is like getting into the tube at peak time.

• Swimming pool water is cloudy, and the water temperature is poorly managed

• Website has inaccurate information about class timetables and opening times

• Oh, and not to forget that you are paying a lot per month, and the majority of classes are in fact Virtual. So instead of using youtube at home, you can go and do the same thing in the gym you pay 80 pounds per month for.

• The only good thing about this place is that it has a pool (even though it's below par), and it's close to London Bridge. A part from that, it's not worth your money at all.

For example I was treated very rudely by a member of staff on my first week, their timetable is unclear (I was told by a member of staff not to rely on the website) and a lot of the male showers make an ambulance-like sound which is rather unpleasant.

You decided to stay closed on Sunday 10 December because it slightly snowed in the morning, without letting your members know? Not even an email? This is ridiculous and you should be ashamed.

Unfortunately my experience with this gym was not pleasant. I've chosen this gym mainly to use their pool, which looks amazing on their cover photo.



However, the pool is dark and either the filter is broken or the chemicals used on the pool are bad - you can not see a foot in front of you underwater, making hard to even see the wall when you are approaching it. I'm by no means an olympic swimmer, but this pool is more of a "fitness" pool than a "swimming" pool, if you undertstand the difference.



I've also feel like I've been a little ripped off with a deal their offered me - considering I only wanted to use their pool, 50% of the times I wanted to use it was either completely overcrowded or not at use. While this may fall into the unlucky part of the process, it was frustrating and Fitness First was not even kind enough to try and work with me. For all these reasons I decided not to pursuit any more a membership and would advise anyone interested in it to seek other options. There are good alternatives closeby if you are just wanting to use a pool.

It's a shame that I write this review however the rudeness, lack of desire to help are appalling customer service I received from your head office leaves me with no choice has they don't seem to take complaints seriously.



First of all let me first state that the staff at the club have been extremely helpful Coral has been extremely supportive though this entire process



Considering that you pay a substantial amount of money for a platinum gym you'd expect the same service.



The transition/merger between fitness first and DW sport has been poorly executed from a corporate level and has left the paying members in the dark on several occasions, phone lines not working, website down etc etc.



Danielle from you customer service centre when calling your head office should be ashamed, her customer service skills are revolting, she is the sole reason that I am cancelling my membership.

I have been to many Fitness First Gyms worldwide and a member for over 10 years. This gym is by far the most unfriendly place I have unfortunately had to witness.



Counter staff have a poor attitude of pompousness to the point of rudeness.

There exists no decent level of customer service, completely uninterested staff who are too busy with personal agendas.



The gym is convoluted and awkward spaces results in what seems to be packed with members but really it’s the lack of space to train effectively.



I’m glad I’m not a member here long term. With service like this, I’m sure your gym will continue to survive within a competitive health arena! Well done and keep it up!

I have been a member for years, but have recently had to move work location; therefore no longer want membership of this club. I was shocked to be told I have to pay for the whole of November, when I won't be using the club for October or November and contacted FF at the beginning of October to cancel. Very bad service.

Doors left open so we walked in to see if it was open. Eventually found 'Luigi' to ask who abruptly asked us to leave with an attitude. He followed up this up with using incredibly rude hand gestures to another member who had made the same mistake. Once entry has been granted, we were then asked to leave the club, again very rudely as we had made the honest mistake of mixing with the Londin Bridge Cottons club with the London Bridge Club. We've been members of Fitness First for less than a week and were sold that there use of the 'London Bridge Club with pool. We accepted our mistake or rather the person who sold us our membership and proceeded to leave. We asked for the name of the person who were we dealing with and he laughed in our faces. Luigi, you're a disgrace to customer service. Your colleague Louis was far more professional and very helpful with expaining where we'd made a mistake.

Comentarles a la gente de habla hispana que quiera inscribirse en este gimnasio que no lo haga porque es sumamente sucio el personal de atención siempre está enfadados existe demasiado personal de entrenamiento que solamente estorban y muchas veces no puedes usar las máquinas porque ellos están usándolas ,con sus alumnos y si quieres usar las dichas máquinas ellos se molestan, también no es nada cordial ni educados ,aparte de todo eso constantemente no funcionan las máquinas ,en el aria de pesas están tres máquinas o cuatro rotas sin contar que ni siquiera lo dispensadores de agua funciona y muchas veces tampoco cambian los filtros , los dos saunas huelen muy mal siempre están sucios llenos de botellas periódicos Y muchas veces huele a meado también comentarles que la piscina siempre tiene el agua muy fría Y alrededor de la piscina siempre hay gomas de mascar botellas plásticas Las duchas siempre están llenas porque invierten mucha publicidad en traer gente por lo cual el ducharse es muy difícil,casi nadie usa sandalias por lo cual es muy fácil que pilles hongos en los pies,este gimnasio para el precio que tiene es muy pero muy sucio y malo.
