Well what can I say. Julias gym is spot on for me. My lazy ass gets whipped into shape ( well nearly) and the friendly atmosphere makes for a good laugh along with a mega workout. The classes are always different and I always hurt( a wee bit) after wards For me the small classes are fab . X
U need to try this ladies great work out , really friendly an u see results fast give it a go girls, great classes.
I have been to probably most gyms in kilmarnock but this one definitely is my fav everyone so friendly and welcoming and if your like me and donβt like training near men lol this is your place to go οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½
I have been going to this gym for about 3 months now and itβs the first gym I have consistently stuck too- Julia is amazing and doesnβt half know how to work u hard and she sure does not let u slack! And also the friendliest gym in Kilmarnock area all the girls are fab and do not judge anyone, always welcomed with smiles. So glad to be part of this gym!
Have just finished an eight week course and would recommend this to every lady out there. Get down ,get fit and meet some great ladies. Julies is an amazing lady and will help you reach your goal.
Great wee place.. classes are great.. feel them working from day one.. Julia is fab knows her stuff works your arse off every session.. highly recommend if your like me quite quiet & no that confident working out in front of people.. everyones very welcoming.. always get a good laugh too! xx

Great facilities and classes run by a motivated and slightly crazy PT! Seriously though ladies, if your looking to get fit and active but struggling where to begin the answer is simple - Fitness 4 Her!
As someone who has used gyms, classes of all kinds over the years I have found Fitness4her to be totally different. It is the only thing I have done that has changed my shape for the better, made me stronger and been great fun along the way. I'd recommend anyone give it a try - it's hard work but you definitely get the results!
