Fitnessize Personal Training, Bootcamps And Nutrition Description

The ever popular Boxing Bootcamp on a Monday 7=8pm and Saturday 9. 30am-10. 30am in Wimbledon is a technically great, calorie sapping, energy bursting and fun workout.
Plus we now have the all NEW exciting Evolve Wednesday 715pm-8. Currently running the high intensity BLAST Bootcamp all the way until mid September.
All session prices start at just £8 for blocks and are £13 for individual sessions. New clients are very welcome and they are offered a buy one get one free first 2 consecutive weeks.
June sees the return of the very popular Running Club, finishing with the 10k race at the end of the 12weeks. Sessions will run at the later time time slot of 815am.
Boxing Bootcamp, Running Club and BLAST Bootcamp will support a weight management / weight loss program when incorporated with a nutritionally balanced / calorie controlled nutrition plan.
The boxing has an easy to follow structure and can develop participants into becoming advanced boxing exercisers. Every week is different to keep you on your toes, preventing boredom, making you stick at a training regime for much longer.
Boxing is a fantastic way to tone up and sculpt your body. It involves all major muscle groups including your core and works all energy systems from aerobic to anaerobic.
Running Club is there to help budding novices and intermediates vary up the running sessions and where we all come together for a 10k run at the end of the 12 weeks to see how far we come.
BLAST Bootcamp uses exercise groupings mostly over 2 minute intervals with small recoveries ideal for those looking for a quick fitness boost an calorie burn in a short format using simple but intriguing exercises. We also use the amazing Tabata Training concept frequently. Finally and most importantly: every 6 weeks we hold very unique fitness testing.
Here participants get the chance to show their fitness level improvements. We have a points structure for each test (bleep test, 2mins skip challenge, press ups and more). All points going towards a final total, the higher total the better graded coloured wristband they'll receive!
