Fitstop is about a healthy life. It is a group for all things fitness and eating clean. A forum to ask any question about exercise, working out and the products and fitness experts that help us achieve our goals. Whether it's asking for a recommendation for a fitness trainer, the best sports masseuse or running shoes . . . This is a forum to bring fitness knowledge together to help improve our bodies. Part and parcel of that is eating clean. Feel free to ask diet questions, healthy eating regimes or post recipes to help others with their nutrition. Even post pics of your success . . . This is about helping each other to push past our limits. . . . . We live in a society where strong is the new skinny.

Recommendations given MUST be as a result of having had the experience yourself. It isn't helpful for friends just to recommend friends without really having any idea of whether what you are recommending has a positive result.
