We've been here a few times now, yes it's not the cheapest place but it is SO YUMMY! the staff are always helpful with us and today (when they weren't serving) they waved and made my kids laugh. For us it is well worth the money.

Great burger. Good service. I was hungry and it fit the bill.

User

A little overpriced for what it is, but the food was stunning, possibly the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had and definitely the best vanilla milkshake to exist. I think you’d be lucky to find anything cheaper that’s freshly cooked in central London!

User

nothing special. the prices far outweigh the quality and ingredients. The chips were ok the dog was awful and the bun was gross. The banana milk shake was about the only saving grace.will not be rushing back

The buger was tasty and there are liads to add to it BUT

Itcosts a small fortune compared with other burger places

Oh and B I G Moan

They DON'T do Coffe.

Fraid that is a decider fir me as well as being over priced

Also have o Q separately for milk shakes and food

Have to listen for your order number to be called (thank god for new batteries in my hearing)

Maybe visable number system would be good!

Wont write it off totally yet

But it is close to be so

Would have to be feeling rich or desperate before going again

Sorry 5 guys

Am a but sad especially as I had an open discusion, supporting you, with a group protesting outside your new shop in Croydon!

Having my case and luggage bag with me I thought it would be a great place to manage carrying everything. How on earth I managed to stay on my feet seeing a bill of £17 for burger and chips with a water is a total joke. As for having a warm burger with cold mushrooms is laughable, how does that work ?

All I can say is it’s overpriced rubbish. It cost just under 20 quid for two hotdogs, a small fries and a drink. To me the hotdogs were exactly what you would get from a street vendor just with the extra choice of toppings. Originally I had to go back to get the fries as they had forgotten them, even then I was stood at the counter for 5 minutes or so trying to get the attention of staff, who once realized they had forgotten my fries after a few minutes of pondering, gave me what I asked for and did apologize. The restaurant area was nice and clean but the Toilets where another story. I had to give the seat a wipe so I could go after it was used by staff. The only thing I could recommend from there was the strawberry flavored Fanta which was lush. But u less u are going to refill it 3 or more times it’s not worth the nearly 3 quid a cup.

Wished I'd read the reviews before I went. £25 for 2 burgers 1 fries and 2 cokes. We asked for 2 fries but they only put one through. The bacon was burned and I didn't get the bbq sauce. When I went back for it he got annoyed and squirted ketchup on it. Overpriced and terrible food. Never again! We have a real American diner where I live that has won the best restaurant in the country. They need to go there for lessons!

User

Never again! Over priced, talk about mugging people off!

The guy at the counter cocked the order up. So the huge bill got bigger because we had to pay for another burger.

The burger was dry & lacked seasoning. The bacon if can call it that was sub standard! The fries where just ok.

Sorry folks i'd not recommend this to my worst enemy!! There are better places around Kings Cross where you can eat well for less!
