Sent my requirements over by phone and was sent a long list of local office appointments - Great, or you would think....



Appointment 1 - showed me round then said sorry we don't have any rooms available not sure why they sent you WASTE OF TIME



Appointment 2 - out of budget (all in would of been an additional £1,000 Pcm or so), and didn't meet my location requirement, about 5 min walk too far away



Appointment 3 - Met all the requirements given



Appointment 4 - 15min walk past the office already too far away, no idea why they booked and total waste of time. I called the person at the building I stood outside saying I should cancel this is too far away, explained my requirements and he totally agreed it shouldn't of been shown



Appointment 5 - I looked it up on a map when at appointment 4.....5 more min walk away from where I wanted to be....no thanks



They didn't get me an appointment with the main location I called about (I had to reschedule and rather than choosing the one I wanted they thought 4/5 were better suited) so I ended up going to the building and asking reception for sales brochure to call sales team of the building directly!



Overall it seems I was sent to everything with no real recommendation along with no real consideration at what my requirements were. Not what I expect wouldn't recommend or use again!
