Wow, what a fantastic experience! Ian was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable and really encouraging. Handling four children aged 8-10 was no walk in the park but he dealt with them admirably, undoubtedly helped along by a mischeivious sense of humour �. The simulator itself was fantastic, we visited Cairo, Innsbruck, Salzburg, New York and old Hong Kong (in a thunder and lightening storm!). First class experience. Thank you.

Wow, we had an amazing time visiting Santa and the cheeky elf at the North Pole. Max and Jack loved flying the aeroplane, I think when we go on holiday they may be a little disappointed that they can't sit with the pilots. An amazing experience thank you for making it magical.

What an absolute gem of a place!! We took 7 5-7 year olds for a birthday party and everyone loved it!! The Simulator was excellent and our instructor was amazing! All the kids (and adults!) Loved it. And the VR Racing Car simulator and Sleigh ride was great to keep the 'Passengers' entertained! An amazing experience all round. Go on give it a go!!!

We’re over from Perth, Australia and went on the flight to the North Pole to see Santa, my 5 year old got to fly the plane and was totally amazed by it. So lovely seeing the pure joy and excitement on the children’s faces as they looked out for the North Pole

Took my daughter today for her Santa visit. We have had the most amazing trip and Hollies reaction made it all worth while. Was taken good care of, felt completely looked after by all the lads. The flight experience was just AMAZING! Actually made me feel a bit emotional watching Hollie help control the plane and talk to Santa�. Santa was AMAZING, and just thankyou so much from us all. We will definately return in the future. Have a wonderful Xmas guys and keep up the fantastic work!!! �

Today we flew to Lapland to see Santa, was brilliant! We had a 4 and 6 year old and a adult with special needs who still believes. Ian was brilliant with the children and the adult, it really was magical for all 3 of them and us adults watching! Thank you so much for some lovely memories made today x

Received a voucher for my birthday, didn’t know what to expect. Well I must say that it was a real treat. We were made to feel very welcome and Ian put me at ease from the beginning. The Simulator was really lifelike (as it should be, it’s an exact replica of a 737 cockpit... the kind aircrew use for training). First there was a short briefing to show me what was what then set the switches and take off. First ‘flight’ was Innsbruck to Salzburg to get the hang of things. I did the take off, flight and landing. Then I was asked where I’d like to go for my second. Well being me I threw a curve ball and asked for Port Harcourt to Enugu (both in Nigeria) as that’s where I used to go as a kid. Guess what... it was in the computer so off we went (a new experience for Ian too it turned out). Finished with a short hop from new Hong Kong to Old Hong Kong... a real dry mouth flight. Pleased to say I didn’t crash (but I landed on the grass at Hong Kong). It was a real treat and the time just flew. Suffice to say I’ll be going again.

My wife and I had an hour flight simulation session and we can’t recommend this experience enough.



Ian’s facility is amazing, I challenge anyone to not say ‘WOW’ when you see the simulator and sit in the cockpit.



Ian himself is very knowledgeable, interesting, patient and passionate about all things flying. He really puts you at ease and you soon become totally immersed in the experience.



Landing a 737 really gives you an adrenaline rush.



All round a 10/10 experience, highly recommended.

Just looking back on the photos, this was the perfect surprise for my boyfriend's birthday! Ian saw that my Dave had experience so he raised the bar, set him challenges, Dave's ego getting bigger as he aced each one and Ian informed us that though Dave was making it look easy, what he was doing was actually exceedingly difficult. I don't know how we fit Dave's head in the car for the drive home after.

Amazing experience, very real, Ian has the knowledge and skills and the personality to boot. So highly recommended.

I can not put into words how amazing today was visiting Lapland from the minute we walked in we felt so welcomed we had trouble with the car and Ian wow truly amazing tryed his very hardest to help us even tho had other guest to attend to !! Absolutely fab experience . From the min we arrived ian put us all at ease . This was a present for my hubby's 40th but you can take 3 guests and everyone can have a go . Absolutely amazing experience... not just the technology, which was faultless and which real pilots use for training but the brilliant way Ian coaches and encourages kids throughout their flight. I dont think they will ever forget that. Fantastic. Thank-you.
