Very, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Great range too.

Really helpful when choosing my new snowboard and bindings. Nice to get some solid advice face to face after wasting hours watching a minefield of You Tube reviews. Can't fault the service of the skis either. They went into the shop looking like my wife had skied the M25 and returned looking as good as new.

I have been into the store several times whilst planning to buy a stand up paddle board. The team at Fluid Lines have always been helpful, patient and have shown me different boards and options. They are really experienced and having done my own research, everything they have advised and recommended has been spot on.



Yesterday I returned and made my purchase. I couldn't have been happier and a special thanks must go to Tom for all his help.



The biggest bonus was the price; the same package would have been £100+ more from the well known online retailers.

I am a windsurfer and skier, Fluid Lines are excellent, kit is great value also you get really first class advice!

Had my second foot bed/inner sole heat moulding done recently at fluid lines. The first was perfect for my week away then transferred it to my work boots. Great product with various choices of foot bed. Makes all the difference for a comfortable day on the slopes for skiing or snowboarding. Cheers guys

Great shop and staff very friendly and helpful. I've brought a snowboard and boots a few years ago which have been perfect. Just learning to ski so went back for advice on boots. New boots fit lovely. Spent loads of time with me making the right choice. Thanks

Every year some time in January since about 2009 we've visited Fluid Lines. Every time we're greeted with a warm welcome and fantastic service. They always have great gear, a great level of knowledge and couldn't be more helpful.

Compelled to say how great the guys were in helping us with our paddle board purchase, particularly Alfie. Frankly, it's been the best customer experience I've received from any retail store for sometime - they really know their stuff, and took the time to explain and show me a range of products. No hard sell, just super helpful. Clearly enthusiastic and passionate about what they do.



I highly recommend ditching the internet purchases, in favour of this highly professional retailer experience! I'll be heading back for sure for any future purchases.
