Foley'S Description

Foley’s is Fitzrovia’s favourite neighbourhood spot. Our menu combines authentic flavours inspired by the spice trail with European cooking techniques. Our Asian-inspired lunch and dinner menu is a mixture of small and large sharing plates. At brunch, we have reimagined the classics with a twist!

Our 70-seater restaurant features a walk up outdoor bar, a chef’s counter downstairs and a large dining room.

MEET OUR NEW HEAD CHEF, FERDINAND 'BUDGIE' MONTOYA | After keeping him under wraps for the last three months, we'd now like to formally introduce you to the Foley's new Head Chef, Ferdinand 'Budgie' Montoya!
Hailing from Australia and of Filipino heritage, Budgie's passion for Asian cooking combined with his experience in some of Europe's top kitchens (such as Tom Seller’s Story, Flat Three, and Soho House) convinced us he was the chef to bring on Foley's 2.0.
If you've din...ed with us at Foley's over the last few months then you've already tasted some of Budgie's cooking. Come in from Feb 1st to meet Chef Budgie and try his all new menu featuring some of the favourites from January's veggie menu and some new dishes like his Cantonese Grilled Prawns with Wakame Salad, Fried Nigiri, Char Sui Roasted Lamb with Grilled Mochi Flatbread and his ode to back home with a knockout Filipino Spiced BBQ Chicken.

ATTENTION VEGETARIANS | We’re going meatless for the month of January 🥕!
However, rabbit food this is not. The team have been hard at work coming up with our new veggie-based dishes and they are pretty damn tasty. Look out for the soft and pillowy Bao Buns with Crispy Aubergine and a Soy Miso caramel glaze or the 'finger lickin’ Fried Oyster Mushroom with home made siracha & black sesame mayo. Make sure you get a side of the Roasted Sweet Potato smothered in miso butter & chives or the Smashed Cucumbers with Black Vinegar and Sesame. To finish, give the Nashi Pear Sorbet a whirl or the Yuzu Posset!

"OFF MENU" | Every Sunday our head chef Mitz Vora and his team host our intimate tasting sessions for up to 10 guests at a time.
The menu consists of 6 courses, drawing inspiration from individual countries, regions and cities throughout the Middle East and Asia. We invite you to join Mitz and his team, as they prepare, serve and talk you through the method, flavours and influences of the evenings menu.
Spaces are limited and require full payment of £65 in advance. For this y...ou will enjoy 6 courses and a glass of champagne on arrival. All other drinks will be charged on the night along with an optional service charge. Sadly we’re unable to work around food tolerances for these sessions.

What a fantastic place with service as wonderful as the food. As a dedicated carnivore I was blown away with the vegetarian dishes - in particular the cauliflower agnolotti, one of the best dishes I've tasted this year. Shoreditch be damned - head to the Bush!!

Sometime in your life something special happens, such as an unforgettable experience like what we did last friday @foleys. The chef is a wise alchemist with an outstanding knowledge of spices and he is so wise to combine them at their best. I wasn't able to stop to eat almost all their proposal because of their wonderful taste. Staff, manager, bartender.. all lovely people able to make this experience emotional and lovely. Super. Super. Mitz Vora is a very talent and gifted chef. One of the best of all my life. ���

So impressed! Stunning decor, delicious cocktails, lovely friendly service - and the food was absolutely incredible. We tried seven different things and all bursting with flavour, beautiful to look at and with clever combinations. The endive tacos with ceviche tuna were my favourite :) will be back soon to try the rest

Sensational taste in every mouth full every single time! It's magic the way the chef combines flavours!! We had cauliflower , octopus, ceviche and pork belly... It was out of this world!

I never write reviews, but this is the exception. Food was outstanding, service was even better.... We planned to go out to a bar after for drinks but ended up staying at the restaurant for drinks as the music downstairs was far better than any bar could offer. To get food, service and atmosphere so spot on is a rare thing, will be top of my restaurant recommendations going forward! (Who knew michelin quality food went with a drum and bass soundtrack so well!)

I eat out a lot..and trying to describe the palatte of flavours AND texture to my partner was near impossible. Unique combinations of spice, vegetables, shavings and spinkles on dishes made them all work so well.

Loved the Indonesian peanut crackers, the sweet potato frittets in curry sauce, sticky beef and belly pork. Champagne was even fabulous! Im going back!!

Fantastic!! Wonderful food & ambiance. We ate at the counter downstairs so could see the chefs work their magic, Dominic was especially helpful in explaining the dishes & made some recommendations which did not disappoint. The "Fat Elvis" desert was moreish!!! The waiting staff were lovely too as was the beautiful Argentinian wine I had!! Looking forward to going back.x

Delicious food that is as interesting as it is tasty. Such inventive combinations and flavour explosions - we basically ate the whole menu. The ambiance is also great with lovely, NYC LES feel design and friendly staff. An instant favourite!

Completely blown away by the food, drinks and service. Justina treated me like family, and having just moved to London from Chicago, it's helped make London feel more like home. The grilled cauliflower left me speechless and her recommendation for the octopus made me never doubt her again. Can't wait to try everything on the menu!!

Came here for my 7th wedding anniversary and it was a fabulous experience. From start to finish the food & service were impeccable. There's a fantastic friendly atmosphere which makes the whole dining experience even better- can't wait for my next trip. Loved the place: great decor, ambience & was buzzing on. Wednesday. The food was really interesting & packed full of flavour - we loved everything we had. Octopus, pork, burnt chicken ends, aubergine salad, all fantastic. Only downside was the service- yes it was busy but we had to ask them to take our order, after 2 plates the food stopped - when we queried they brought free crackers to say sorry. We had to ask again for the desert menu & twice for the bill. I'd def go back but hope the waitress was a bit more on it next time.
