We are closing our King Street site but will be back soon in a bigger and brighter setting, with a ground floor restaurant and a sexy new upstairs bar at Dover St James. 'Tuck in' with Follies on Tuesday & enjoy one of our delicious #pizzas for only £5. Happy days ...

Wow! This place is an absolute little treasure chest. Whilst sitting down, I couldn't help but thinking that this place was out of place for Dover. It's fresh, vibrant and I particularly like seeing Chef cooking up! Dover doesn't have this, which is why it is fantastic.



We were greeted by a very friendly lady, who was juggling a few customers. We chose our seats, ordered drinks.



Food: Thin crispy based pizza, 12" generously topped. I had chips which came with homemade mayonnaise, which was to die for!

The pizza's were both beautiful and extremely tasty, served with a helping of rocket salad on the top. Chicken Smoker & Parma Ham. I can almost feel my taste buds going now!!



Price for food was fair, especially for a place of such quality. I would have paid more in a City, but for local, it's getting that balance right.



All in all, 5* service; venue and food. I am so pleased that Dover has a top quality place like @Follies to go to.

Went last night with my daughter.. lovely thin crunchy pizza..nice decor..friendly staff..clean place..as soon as people left straight away clearing up..very enjoyable..will try the cheap Tuesday.x

Went in there today for the first time,Ordered the Sunday special,very quick service and a very good pizza.The decor is a very stylish miss match of tables and chairs which gives a friendly quirky atmosphere.We will definitely go again and recommend to friends to try.

We had an amazing experience last night. The pizza tasted amazing, the best pizza I've had in a long time. The service was excellent, all the staff were extremely attentive and incredibly friendly. The venue is beautiful. I can't wait for out next visit to Follies ❤️

The staff we extremely polite and helpful, the food was amazing, and the restaurant has a really cool funky vibe! It was my birthday so we go some complimentary drinks and a candle in my dessert! :) would recommend to all of my friends and to anyone who is visiting Dover! Awesome pizzeria! Outs Zizi's to shame! 5/5!

Really lovely quirky looking restaurant with lots that catches your eye. Food was gorgeous and good priced. Really friendly staff. Will return. Only negative is that the tables are too small and felt cramped with all our pizza boards

Popped in for coffee decided to have a pizza wow well impressed excellent surroundings great friendly staff and to round it all off they let my dog join us and the pizza was one of the best I've had. Well done

I had dinner at Follies in Dover last night, for my birthday. Good job I'd booked, it was full!

The waiter spotted my gifts and cards and offered me a glass of prosecco on the house! Some of the tables have adjustable height chairs, great idea.

One minor gripe that the music was just a little too loud for easy conversation.

Excellent tasty pizzas, lush red wine, and the tiramisu was the best I've ever had.

Two waiters on duty meant they were a bit pushed at times but they kept it all going with a smile and without losing their cool.

Potential venue for my hen do in 2017, I think!

I had a Christmas work do at Follies in Dover, and the value for money is out standing our starter was equal to a main meal, and the pizza was lovely! I liked how there was no secret of taking a doggy bag home (which meant there was no awkwardness) x the staff were friendly too....can't rate it any higher would love To visit again x

Had a lovely treat yestersay when my boss took us out for lunch at follies. I opted for the veganisimo pizza with bbq jack fruit which was delicious. So nice to go to a restaurant which caters to a plant based diet so well. Will hopefully visit again with my family �

First visit today for an anniversary lunch was so amazing beautiful place where I couldn't stop looking around, so many wonderful things, food was first class along with the service. very friendly and welcoming this is what dover needs. My new favourite restaurant will defiantly be returning. Also great value for money I've left feeling full and it didn't drain my bank account thank you!

First visit to Dover Follies today. Friendly and welcoming, funky decor, tasty food, especially impressed with interesting variety of vegan and veggie options, both on the menu and on the daily specials board. We will certainly return!

Finally went to this restaurant on Friday evening & my goodness what an asset we now have in Dover!! It is so cute & pretty on the inside. Good atmosphere, nice staff and the pizza was so good! Will be coming back very soon :-)

Dropped in yesterday afternoon for a piece of cake and a quick drink before going to the pictures and was so glad we did! Lovely relaxed atmosphere and absolutely delicious cake. Will definitely be back soon to try the pizza :-)

A lovely pizza .. nice setting. The only thing that spoiled it a little was the choice of and loudness of music. A more Italian style of music a slightly lower volume would have been nice, good service, will go back

Had a smoked salmon pizza. I'm pretty sure the fish had gone bad. Could only eat a slice. Didn't complain because it looked as though the staff where having a hard time.
