Very good quality food. Nice and very quick service. Not that expensive. I will definitely go back there

Service very poor apart from Amani , who was good , we were there 4 hours having a long leisurely 3 course lunch and several drinks , no one came to enquiry if everything was okay , no one took used glasses away when more drinks were brought to the table , nobody came and asked if we'd like desserts , we had to attract staffs attention each time we needed something , lipstick stained wine glass provided , the restaurant was not at all busy so that cannot be the reason for lack of service and attention .. having said that the food was delicious and we may have another visit to this restaurant hoping that the service matches the standard of the food next time ..

what can i say...bloody awful.waited 15 mins for a drink.left us sitting their waiting to order.waited 30 mins for starters which were crap..when we again waited ages for mains had to ask how long.my partners turned up i sat watching him eat a steak that if im honest should have been walking around it was that rare.he ordered well done..eventually my partner said thats it we are leaveing.so his food was crap and i never got mine... when we told staff we were informed their was only one chef....well have some respect for people and be honest.if theirs a wait give people a option stay or go its not rocket science....never going again

Visited the new one in Uxbridge... Tried to book a table with almost a weeks notice... They took my number and PROMISED to call back to confirm.... They never did... Then When we chased, they'd booked up and couldn't accept out table for 15.

Told them all this on here... They sent some messages pretending to care but not sorting...

So thank you to Pizza Express for giving us a massive table and taking our £400....

Today I been served the worst food !

Every time I want a moijto they don’t have mint and that happend several times! I want strawberry daiquiri they dosent have a blender !

Portions was awfully smaller then usual and meat wasn’t cooked properly . No rib eye steak !

Cheese and jalapeño sauce was cold and looks like its been granulated-how can be ?! You can tell that these people doesn’t like their job and doesn’t want to be there. Park Royal has the worst Chiquito local !

I’m so disappointed of quality of the food � � sticky floor, sticky tables �

Still waiting... Hour and a half for food. Asked waitress to check 15 minutes ago and havent seen her since! Place is no way busy! People who are getting food are complaining that its cold

Ok have been seated here a while... service is dire... can’t blame the waitress.. but what is management doing about it!!! This is not the first time this has happened! There’s only 2 chefs and 2 waiters!!!�

Never in my life, have i ever experienced such poor service like i have done today. We got approached by a man to say to us to take a seat at the bar, while he puts a couple of tables together for us. To which he then said it would take 2/3 minutes. He then disappeared out back by the kitchen (which turned out to be the manager). 20 minutes later, We then got approached by the waitress to then ask us what we was waiting for then to get told to wait a little more for a table to clear as they only have the centre session of the restaurant open. The whole time the barman didn't once ask to see if we wanted any refreshments while we was waiting at the bar. after a while we got shown to our table. the service for our 1st lot of drinks and mains was great. TILL we wanted 2nd (and last) lot of drinks and desserts. I approached the waitress to order our dessert and 2nd drinks. Me and my eldest son watched the barman make our drinks then he let them sit there for at least 15 minutes, considering that our drinks are melting at this rate, i ending up going to the bar and getting them myself. BUT... that isn't just the end of it. We ended up waiting an hour just for 3 simple desserts.. yet i approached the waitress twice. once for finding out where our dessert are and to ask for the bill and the cancel the desserts. To then be told they are ready, do i want them packed to take away. (ice cream!!!) Which was a huge LIE! Yet sat there again to wait yet again. still NO desserts and NO bill. no body again coming to you to see if your all OK. Finally managed to get the bill out the the waitress for her the then say sorry i haven't get 5p change to give. could i let her off!!!!!!! yet i'm paying my full bill after everything. i know 5p is nothing but sorry after having the services me and my kids experienced today. that was ridiculous !!!! over staffed or under staffed, what should mater is your customers happiness and i didn't feel that once from your staff today. From being in the popular Restaurant industry myself it angers me to see this from such a popular and much loved place.

Food was horrible, service was crap. Cocktails ordered were passion fruit mojitos and we're served normal mojitos despite telling the waiter and waiter checking with barman still to be told they were passion fruit. Would score it 0 but won't allow it

Boxing Day Dinner � never again dirty forks and knives � table was dirty and the staff don’t want to listen � food was cold had to wait 25 mins to a more food � shit service done even waste your time and money �
