Forget-Me-Not Cafés

Providing support and companionship to those who are recognising issues with their memory or cognition as well as their carers, family and friends.

CHIPSTEAD - EDENBRIDGE - HILDENBOROUGH - SEVENOAKS - WESTERHAM - Each café runs once a month for 1. 5 to 2 hours and through a variety of activities with existing local groups such as music, arts, crafts and social groups. The cafés help promote community understanding of living with memory issues and dementia and help make more groups and activities more accessible to those living with such conditions.
