We had a wonderful talk, a tour of the factory area, a demonstration of salmon carving by the Guinness World record holder and a superb lunch. Loved it all. Came away with some excellent smoked salmon, gravad lax and some salmon jerky!! Great day out!

We had a very nice talk, a tour of the factory and demonstration of salmon carving. Afterwards we had lunch, food and service were very good. Mr Forman was very friendly and attentive. Great day.

We enjoyed viewing the smokehouse, eating a superb dinner in the restaurant and viewing the modern artwork in the gallery. Fabulous evening.

This is such an amazing place, I spent the afternoon with my friend gina, food is amazing � out of � for the chefs and the staff, service is excellent xx

Great location and food. Service was a bit slow as we were not told that they didn't have what we've ordered(dessert) for at least 10min and it wasn't busy at all. The roe could have done with some more cherry tomatoes to balance its saltiness. Great drink's menu.

Amazing food. The salmon taster platter is worth every penny. Be brave if you’ve never eaten eel before; the smoke eel dish is a winner! Think smokey sea bass with attitude.

Also, attentive service of note; waitress Rebecca needs a shout out, extremely knowledgeable and sweet

Amazing food ,fabulous setting ,recommend to everyone , friendly attentive staff .

Spent a lovely relaxing Sunday afternoon eating a massive tasting platter of around 6 different smoked salmons, gin & tonic flavour, gravad lax, blinis, beetroot salsa.

Yum! Washed down with delicious English white wine. Art Gallery upstairs & roof garden with amazing views.
