Taekwondo classes for all age groups from 3 years up to adults, as well as fitness classes. Fully matted and equipped martial arts studio.

IMPROVE FITNESS- Our children's classes provide fitness in the form of fun games and exercises, whilst in our adult classes we use a wide range of different aerobic and anaerobic exercises to develop every area of fitness, with a high focus on body weight exercises and plyometric training to develop lean muscle and explosive power.
LEARN DISCIPINE- We take pride in the fact that our black belt students are all fantastic role models to our beginners. We do not believe in forcing discipline through harsh instruction or punishment, rather we educate students on the responsibility that lies with being a black belt, and 'acting like a black belt' as beginners will follow good or bad behaviour.
MEET NEW PEOPLE- Many students end up developing their strongest friendships with those they met at Taekwondo.
LEARN A VALUABLE SKILL AND SELF DEFENCE- Taekwondo has a rich syllabus containing hundreds of techniques that are learned through drills and patterns. Repetition and education of correct technique can enable a person to become extremely capable of defending themselves.
