Please know that this individual does NOT work for Fortrade as a “senior account manager” or in any other capacity.
... We at Fortrade understand that sometimes it can be difficult to tell real online brokers from scammers, and we would like to offer a couple of tips to help you avoid some of the potential pitfalls.
Please be aware that online trading always involves a certain level of risk, and even the best and most successful traders will experience unsuccessful trades. If a broker, or account manager guarantee risk free trades with guaranteed no losses (as Maycon Austin Ha does), that is a good indication that he is certainly does not work for Fortrade, and is very likely a scammer.
We are committed to providing all of our traders with a fair opportunity to trade, as well as a wealth of educational materials to help them learn as much as they can about trading. We strongly encourage traders to take advantage of these training videos, webinars and ebooks, as well to use a demo account to practice trading and develop strategies that work well for them.
If a broker, or “account manager” discourages you from using a demo account (again, as Maycon Austin Ha does), that should be another warning sign. Totally Scam , Being a student I lose my 100 usd. ..lot of excuse of the the lady called Susan Pozarec ..still holding my withdraw fund ..they are ever saying it's deposited by not arriving into my personal accounts. . CALLING PEOPLE TO SCAM THEM

Top ten reasons to never ever invest your hard saved funding on this platform! Wish guys could see my terrible experience with them before getting the first wrong step...

1/ huge fee: so called minimum 100$, when you deposit, you are permitted at least 250$ by credit card, no bonus for first deposit, little bonus will be possible from at least around 30000$ deposit

2/ slippage just before your opening or closing a position, that means you gain less or lose more

3/ higher difference between sell and buy than other platforms such as hycm etc

4/ mental manipulation : after my registration several months ago, my customer advisor called me non stop to ask me to increase my funding with different reasons and offers (even you are not suitable to the market and you don't sign the agreement, so called "regulated", even you don't reply his call, he will write you and continue to call you) from hundreds dollars to xx thousands dollars, for sure I am losing more, why?

5/ because no negative balance protection, and the advisor who supervised my actions since beginning never suggest or recommend me to put stop loss, why? Because if you put stop loss, you won't have wrong position and won't be manipulated to invest more to keep your wrong position, which is one regular reaction of a beginner.

6/ strange reopening position condition: the advisor used my psychological weakness to "pursuade" me to invest double initial funding and a reopening fee to reopen my wrong position that i closed after suffering too much, however it is still a wrong position and may still close it later by losing more. However other platform give options to just reopen it with less fee but without condition of investing double funding that you probably lost all by the end.

7/ funding not protected : 1)withdrawal rejection: even I smelled something and got 0 dollar on my account to live, I wanted to bypass the advisor(i know he wouldn't execute) to ask a withdrawal by sending an email to the so called support service. 1 min later my advisor called me back to reject it; 2) some strange temporary loss of my account funding around 100-200$ at the market opening for several hours and came back later, is that the bonus for others? My advisor told me everything is ok!?

8/ advice always delayed and no useful : we are ill informed in this market, and the advisor will give you some no useful advice and delayed suggestion

9/ mental disruption: when the advisor saw that I didn't trade for several days or I gained a little bit, he called me to give some so called news or advice to disturb my action and waited for the wrong one.

10/ no guaranteed stop loss : if there is a gap, your stop loss is just a joke, your position will be closed at the gapped price!

They will frustrate you and will come after your money!

Their costumer service sucks, they are really arrogant, unfriendly and don't know how to treat their clients. But the worst thing is that it's a scam, stay away!

The most scam website where I lost more than $ 2500 because of their false estimations and false predictions. If you guys really like to do trade never ever come to Fortrade. I will post my screenshots in the comments where you can see the loose, but no profit. They sell customers to the banks, companies and take their commissions. The only thing they do is asking customers "DEPOSIT" money. If you earn even $ 1 they tell you wow it's big news, but if you lose thousands of dollar they blame you for doing wrong trade. A man so called George Vasiljevic told me he will let me know if I was doing something wrong during my trading, but he never ever corrected me and he was even happy for my lose.

Horrible customer service and very slow at replying, taking ages to activate my account when I left the right documents.

Got a phone call from a man who spoke with an accent both in English and Russian ( we spoke in Russian). He was very mean from the very beginning and had this “smart ass” attitude. With me being in the business for over 20 years I started asking some simple technical questions on the strategies that they use. He had no clue of what I was talking about. After I joked that he should have done some homework before selling his robot, he told that I should go and FUCK myself(in Russian). Stay away from these scumbags!!!
