We are delighted to announce that Nawamin Pinpathomrat will be taking over Patara Soho on Tuesday 4th and Wednesday 5th September showcasing dishes inspired by the years he lived with his grandma, his greatest cooking influence.
Nawamin’s menu begins with ‘Grandma’s Garden’, a combination of sliced lemongrass beef, burnt aubergine salad, spicy coconut cream dressing and served with an aromatic Thai herb ‘garden' was named in her honour. He will also be serving Southern-style ...Crab Yellow Curry, a recipe taught to him by his grandma and a classic dish from her home of Pattalung.
In honour of his Grandma Nawamin chose the Southern-style Crab Yellow Curry to be the very first dish he made on MasterChef and diners will have the opportunity to taste the dish that started his path to being a 2018 finalist.
To celebrate the event all diners at Nawamin’s event will have the chance to win a holiday for two to Thailand in association with Tourism Authority of Thailand. A winning photo will receive return flights with Thai Airways, three nights in Bangkok at the Anantara Riverside, four nights at the Anantara Hua Hin, with daily breakfast, one dinner and traditional Thai cooking class included
