We have a variety of fizz of your new year celebrations. Including this beautiful sparkling wine from @1701franciacorta
This winery is fully biodynamic- the first and only in the region. This means they take even more care of their vineyards and the wines they make, than if they were just organic.
This sparkling wine is made in the same way as champagne. And they use a beetroot sugar for the secondary ferment.
