This trip we had some problems. Quite many I think. But the hotel did all they could and really helped us out. Friendly staff and there service was the best. The room we had. The water pressure in the shower was really bad. So bad that u almost couldn’t take a shower. But I think the hotel deserve 5 stars. So 5 stars it is. Thank u for everything!!

User

This apartment hotel is just so super. Very ideal location for short to medium term stays. A private boutique hotel with well structured and exceptional neat rooms and apartments. All facilities are well provided and the customer service is 5-star! Warm and polite staff and a a smart bar lounge. The breakfast needs a little improvement upon; more of hot food can be provided. It would also be better appreciated if the tv service can include the sky channels. Nonetheless, I will surely recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone at the slightest opportunity.

User

Super location & services!

The only drawback is shower in guest bathroom. Water always floods out to wet the bath mat. Annoying!

User

Really good. Rooms to a high standard and ideally located right next door to the Natural History Museum. Would definately stay again.

User

Perfect location. Very close to tube station and lots of choice for food close by. Good size room and bathroom. Very clean. Well stocked cupboards to make your stay comfortable. Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Helpful staff. Will definitely use again.

User

Move to here after issue with room at another hotel! Excellent move, only fault was some of the walls needed touching up as plaster and paint work looked warn! Would definitely use as a base again

User

Its a nice placed to stay.. easy to get the train..

User

Imagine you had the ideal London flat for your occasional escapades and shopping trips. And you had a team of people to keep it pristine and look after you. And you want privacy but pampering. And you wanted it in the best location. Well this is it.

User

Great location and room is big with all apartment facilities.

User

Excellent staff, location and service. I recommend this place for both businesstravel and family vacations. The price to service ratio is excellent. Will visit again.

User

100% Better than the Horrible(Holiday) Inn over the road!

User

Well situated and very nicely out fitted I would recommend this accommodation.

User

THE frasers suites Queens gate are very well situated, near highpoints of London. THE check in was okay, no more or less. We had room 413 , Good for a stay of 2 nights. The shower is indeed a problem, water too cold or too hot. Please checkout the refrigerator, very dirty below. Very comfortable beds!!

Breakfast is okay and the lady on the 17th of march very friendly and helpfull.

The bar is not really inviting, it's rather cold to sit there and the lady at the bar was not very professional, lack of the english language.

Will we come back, probably yes, because of the good location.

User

Lovely hotel, well located to Gloucester St underground station. Had everything I needed for 7 nights. Good closet space, well stocked kitchen area with table and chairs, plenty of bathroom storage, inoffensive bath products. Helpful, pleasant staff. Not 5 stars because mattress and pillowes were way to hard for me.

User

It's always good to come back to stay in this hotel. Nice room, big space, good location and of course your hospitality. Definitely I will come back here again. Keep it up!

User

We arrived early morning, around 4am We had paid for an extra day so that we could go straight to our room after such a long flight! However the rooms we had booked were given away as the staff thought we weren't coming!!! We were given rooms up two pokey flights of stairs!!! Great for getting your luggage up to! When we were finally given better rooms the next day, we had no hot water! This went on for four days! At one stage my husband was given the keys to three other rooms, none of them had hot water!

It could have been a pleasant stay but it was badly handled! We're still waiting for the promised part refund

User

So excited to stay here something we have been planning for the last two years. Great location. Booked in today for a six night stay reception staff pleasant and helpful. But what a shock we recieved when we entered our room. We have booked a Delux 1 Bedroom apartment to find we are below ground level, on entering room dirty marks on walls lounge has large dirty stain on it. No washing machine as advertised. Have stayed in London numerous times before and know this will be last time here.

User

Place was okay. Shame management don't email you when the receptionists assure you they will. The shower nearly scalded us, wether on hot or cold. Not great guys!!!

User

We stayed for 7 nights for the first time and it would be the late time. My husband travels 35 weeks a year all around the world for last 10 years and he was definitely disappointed with the stay in Fraiser Suite Queens Gate. We do not recommend Fraiser Suite Queens Gate when you are in London.

Pros:

* Conveniently Located. But there are many more hotels in this area.

* Well distributed room and spacious but you can get the better and more spacious rooms from other hotels in London under the same price.

* Having the kitchen is a big plus only for extended stay or family.

* I must compliment on the fantastic job that Housekeeping did for our stay. The room cleaning was very efficient, clean and my requests were always fulfilled even though I only asked once. The housekeeping lady who did our room (#109 from 8th to 12th Feb) made our stay very comfortable; we would like to thank her.

* The both engineers who came to the room were very helpful and polite.

* The breakfast staff (Female) on 10th Feb was very attentive gave very good service with nice smile (offered coffee, refilled the food even it was almost closing time, cleared the table in time and bid a nice day). She was really good. Hope the management can see the difference she is making it for the hotel. I went to breakfast on 8th Feb and there were 2 female staffs who did not offer coffee, cleared the plates or any service. They were basically very lazy to do anything.

Cons:

* Not impressive check in: the receptionist could not find the reservation under the last name and she was not trained to find the booking under the first name even she had the passport. It made she was so clumsy and unprofessional as I do not think you guys have over 100 arrivals like other hotels have.

* Noises around us: Noises from the boiler, refrigerator, lights in the room, some kind of mechanical sound over the window (just right below the building) as well as the footsteps from the room right upstairs. These were bearable and forgivable. Then there was this particular and unidentified noise from the wall, pipe or bed (I am not sure) periodically like a clock. I hope someone from the hotel stay over 30 minutes either in the morning or evening to figure it out.

* Shower with no pressure: You cannot expect to have a well-pressured and pleasantly shower as there is hardly any pressure with the shower. Engineer came to change the shower head but you cannot take shower more than 10 minutes. If another person wants to take shower, you need to wait another 30 minutes at least to take another 10 minutes hot shower.

* BIG MINUS - You cannot take a long and good shower due to the tiny container of individualized and noisy boiler, located in each room. Be warned and aware that you cannot stay in the shower no more than 10 minutes otherwise you will have to take cold shower middle of night after the long and cold day.

* When we had the issue with hot water at 22:00, we called the receptionist on duty and she was not willing to help us solve the issue but busy saying “she was sorry disingenuously” then just offer another room to take shower. We asked if Engineer could come to check the room but she kept saying there was no one on duty. Then she claimed that we were rude to her when all we wanted was a long and hot shower after coming out of cold shower, half naked after having a long and cold day. My husband finished the shower with cold water. Then the engineer came to the room all of sudden when we were already on the bed. She did not even bother to inform us that someone was coming.

* Last but not least, the male receptionist forgot the laundry. We did not want to wake up for the laundry early in the morning on Saturday so we passed the laundry to the male receptionist on Friday. By the time we passed it to the male receptionist, we asked 1 laundry bag as we did not have one then he asked if we filled out the laundry form. We showed him the laundry form filled in front of him then pass it to him. Around 22:00 on Saturday, we were packing then realized that they did not bring the laundry and call receptionist. Of course, it took another 20 minutes to figure out where the laundry went and brought to the room unclean.

* Upon check out, the receptionist stated the bill verbally. We had to ask 3 times to print out the bill even we knew the room was pre-paid and the bill was not much. But any bill paid is on the company and we needed receipt. When we told him about laundry issue, then the attitude of the receptionist was completely changed and the manager came out from the back office.

* We checked out at 7:30 to catch up a flight to Moscow. Then the Manager offered us complimentary breakfast without asking if we had breakfast already or we have a flight to catch. It is just not relevant and too late to show the courtesy. We did not care for the free breakfast but a sincere apology when we report the issues and real care that we paid for at least.
