DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Saturday 17 November at 5:15pm - Women in the WW1
2018 is the 100th anniversary of the end of the 1st World War and also 100 years since women over 30 gained the right to vote.
We are having a history talk to celebrate these events at our library in Barham Park presented by Chris Coates from Preston Community L:ibrary and assisted by me.
Saturday 24 November from 12 to 4p.m. - Pre Xmas Table Top Sale at the Library
We'll have tables of new Usborne books for children in different languages, DVDs, CDs and Vinyl Records, hand made knitted items, henna and much more. Light refreshments will also be served.
Please spread the word and come and support our Library.
ACTIVITIES
Chess is on Saturday 12 to 2.
Crafts for 5 to 11 year olds is on Saturday 2 to 3p.m.
Under 5s story telling & rhyme is on Tuesday 11 to 11;30a.m.
Yoga is on Monday and Thursday evenings at 7p.m and on Sunday at 10a.m. - cost is ┬Ż6 per session or ┬Ż30 for 6.

PS. Have you seen the new Mural in Sudbury Crescent off Harrow Road Sudbury Town? Just brightening up the area. We are also working on an Art project on the theme of local heritage around Barham Park as part of the 2020 borough of culture.
