Our 1st big fund raising weekend for SOS Stamp out Suicide is on Friday October26th and October 27th. This charity does tremendous work and should be supported. 392 people committed suicide in Rep of Ireland in 2017 . The figures for the UK are shocking as well. Poverty Depression Social Exclusion Isolation Alcohol and Drug Abuse are reasons put forward. Its very traumatic and heartbreaking for families. Tickets are £5 an on - line donation button will be added shortly so tha...t you can donate directly. We are selling tickets in Frostys and wristbands and Beanie hats. Davy Glennon Galway Senior Hurler will be in attendance for the weekend. Fund raising raffle with some great prizes. Full details will be announced shortly. Dj Carey Kilkenny " Legend" will be over on November 16th Please help us to raise as much money as possible Last year in Frostys Bar Kenton we raised over £25,000 pounds and this year we want to beat that total.
