LAUNCH OF LUXURY RE-STYLED FURNITURE GROUP ACROSS FACEBOOK UK - The Bespoke Furniture Collection, United Kingdom, March 16, 2017
The arrival of The Bespoke Furniture Collection will affect the lives of furniture re-stylists all over the UK. They are a group of seven business women who have a passion for making old and pre-loved furniture beautiful again and keeping it out of the ‘landfill’. Their mission is to change people’s perspective and take their craft out of the realms of ‘the second-hand and cheap mentality, ’ into a league of its own by giving their artisans a first class selling platform where only ‘quality approved’ work will be listed for sale. They also provide a support group for sellers and potential sellers where the administrators of the group work hard in their own time, to help artisans reach the standard of photography and pricing required to list The Bespoke Furniture Collection, thus creating a friendly little community of like-minded, creative people.
Gayna Lyons-Illingworth stated “The Bespoke Furniture Collection is the creation of seven women, formally members of a group in the USA called The Artisan Markets, which was created by an interior designer called Rebecca Hansen Groskreutz. Rebecca taught them how to present their work in a professional manner and everything they needed to know about the business of ‘selling furniture for a profit’, so now they want to do the same for furniture artisans all over the UK. This is a quote from one of the sellers about the help and advice they receive in the support group”:
“I am quite amazed at the different levels of support this group offers and where I really value our admins' expertise and the amazing help they give. I must say, it’s the emotional support and encouragement that you all excel at. You lot rock, thank you all”
‘Remade in the UK’ is our tagline. We are very proud of being creative women in this industry and we will endeavour to support our fellow artisans in their quest for excellence across the UK.
