Hi folks I'm extending the summer for another break for another week due to injury (fooking knee again) so apologies to all those who were chomping at the bit to get back....I will see youse on the 20th August......

class is back on this thursday 11th as normal then on monday 15th also as normal hope everyone is hungry for some fun now that the turkey has run out ;-)

Very knowledgeable instructor brilliant range of techniques, relaxed atmosphere the other students were very accommodating and quickly helped me to fit in. Highly recommended.
