Wonderful class today at Ganache macaron! My fiancé bought it for us both as a birthday present after visiting France and falling in love with macarons! Paul and Audrey were so welcoming and fantastic hosts/teachers! I have never made macarons before (and I am slightly obsessed with them as well as an awful cook haha) but they came out perfect as a result of great advice! I would definitely recommend.. Currently on our way home with two boxes of strawberry buttercream treats. Very happy customers, thank you! Lucy and Zach xxx

Really impressed by Ganache, not only by the macarons that tasted incredible. But also by the wonderful service I received from Monica when placing my order. She went above and beyond - even colour matched the ribbon on the boxed macarons to the same colour as Liberty ribbon to match the product we were launching. The personalised labels finished off the professional looking product and customers and staff alike all commented on how great they looked. Would highly recommend!

One of the best baking classes I've ever attended! The instructors were helpful, and the set-up in class was perfect to do everything hands on and gain first hand knowledge. It was a positive experience for my boyfriend - he's never baked so much as a chocolate chip cookie (biscuit) before - to successfully make delicious macarons. I'd recommend it to anyone interested (or obsessed like me) with macarons, or even someone looking for a fun way to spend a Saturday morning.

My son and I took a macaron making masterclass for his birthday and literally had the best time! He still speaks of it, and we have even been able to recreate amazing macarons at home for our friends and family!

I really enjoyed the class this morning, the tutors were excellent explaining everything very clearly so that I went home with a box of lovely macarons that really looked as they should ........... well almost! I now have the confidence to try making them at home and I even bought the ingredients on my way back. It was just a relaxed enjoyable way to spend a Sunday morning learning something new. Thank you to everyone at Ganache Macaron. I Highly recommend this course.

I absolutely loved my macaron course , I can finally make proper macarons now. The class was relaxed and teacher was friendly I was paired with a lovely American lady and we both had a good laugh. A fun class with a well informative teacher .

I absolutely enjoyed the class, I made perfect macaroons but trying to make them at home....disaster! I have 4 patches of almond meringue at home

Had an absolutely fantastic experience! Our teacher Paul was amazing and thoroughly explained the whole 'macaroning' process to us! I have made macarons 100s of times both with perfect and failed results! This class helped ensure I will always get perfect! Well worth getting in on a class to learn how to make perfect macarons! Had a great time yesterday learning how to make macarons which are absolutely delicious. The class was well thought out, extremely informative and great fun. The staff were very friendly which added to the overall atmosphere. Thoroughly recommend this class .

Had a fantastic class with Ganache Macaron on Saturday. It was a lot of fun and set me on the right track to make some quality French macrons.

Great class and friendly, patient instructor! I now have an impressive new skill - macaron making! My mom is expecting me to make macarons for her when I visit home in November. Would recommend taking a class with you guys to anyone!

Ganache Macaron's are simply the best! Myself and my daughter also attended the macaron making class and it was a fantastic experience for both of us, we would thoroughly recommend it! A fabulous day to remember and lots of fun too!

Thank you for such a fun class on Sunday! Let's hope my next home batch turns out just as well! The teacher was friendly and very good at involving everyone and ensuring we all received an equal amount if attention. They were always available to answer questions and gave great tips. They were so delicious and I would definitely recommend his class to my friends. It would have been lovely to have a choice of flavours and colours and for more pens to be provided to write notes but other than that it was top notch. Thanks so much.
