A gorgeous common part refurbishment at an address in Mayfair. Soft warm grey walls, Calacatta marble floors and an Artic Pear chandelier.

Gaysha has joined 4,400 UK businesses, who believe their staff deserve a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work, and voluntarily pay a real Living Wage.
We have been accredited as a Living Wage Employer and pay the real Living Wage which is higher than the government minimum. All of our employees in London receive the London Living Wage, a separate higher rate for London.

A great photo of Senior Project Manager at Gaysha, Jeanette Bilsborough (second from left), at The APM National Conference for Women in Project Management.
The event which welcomed over 500 women and men at all stages of their project management career to listen to a diverse range of speakers, talked the theme ‘Empowerment’ and was also celebrating the 25th anniversary of the APM Women in Project Management Special Interest Group.
Jeanette, a founder member and former WiPM SIG Committee Chair, led a lunchtime table discussion on Project management value.

Gaysha takes the health and wellbeing of staff very seriously. In these screen-obsessed times, it is very easy to fall into a sedentary lifestyle and all of us probably spend too much time each day at our desks. We are strong believers in getting away from our monitors and doing some exercise to get the blood pumping.
In our old office all staff used to take part in exercise bike and planking challenges on a Monday, so since moving to our Victoria office we have signed up to a series of circuit training, spin class and yoga sessions at H2 Fitness Victoria, for all staff to take advantage of.
Look out for the GAYSHAFITNESS hashtag on our social media for more updates.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of showing Holly, who has been doing work experience with us, some of the exciting projects that Gaysha are currently working on. This photograph shows Holly, outside one of our retail unit renovation projects, along with Stuart Moore, a Gaysha project manager.

A pair of beautiful historic staircases we have encountered on our refurbishment projects in Mayfair recently.

Gaysha Director, Ian Elsey, recently completed the SSIT Big Bike Challenge 2018 to raise money for the charity Southern Spinal Injury Trust (SSIT). Ian cycled a gruelling 200 miles in just 24 hours, on a circuit that started and finished in Salisbury, visiting Cheddar Gorge, Burnham on Sea, Mulchelny and Christchurch along the way.
Ian personally raised a fantastic £1100 to help SSIT to assist people with spinal cord injury, enabling independence and quality of life. Thank you to everyone who sponsored Ian – your support was really appreciated!
