You helped my Dad this morning and he's asked me to contact you to let you know how much he appreciated your help. You literally saved the day and allowed him to continue on his 70th birthday ride to Paris. Thank you so much on his behalf - he was so grateful for you sorting out his bike.

Was having a dreadful ride, lots of mechanical problems, navigated to this shop and despite the fact it was busy they fitted me with a new a cassette within about half an hour on a Saturday evening at 5 pm .....and I was on my way. Thanks for the help and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

My new bike had developed a few 'niggles' with gears and crank but after it's free service I glided around my first RideLondon 100. Top tips for nutrition & clothing also helped. Loving being on my bike. Thank you.

Many thanks yesterday to Geoffrey Butler Cycles for fixing my Phil and Ted's buggy wheel. Saved me a lot of time and money. Very friendly, willing and did a great job. Very child friendly too and let 2yr old owner of buggy play with bikes while we were waiting. Highly recommend.

John was absolutely amazing today. Spent 3 hours with me testing bikes until I found the perfect one! Superb service from all other staff there today as well who all helped size the bike up and offer valuable advice! Thanks guys! You're all heroes.

I was working in the area and decided to pop in and have a look around. From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed and advised on my needs. Nothing was to much trouble and spent a lot of time on me advising. I decided to buy a Bianchi mtb, they wasn't happy until it was set up to the correct riding position and I was happy and comfortable on. The whole experience was great. On the strength of this I have now brought a Bianchi intrepida road bike and as I expected got the same experience. These guys are great and I wouldn't buy from anywhere else now.

I just bought my bike today a very lovely bike , I can say that the previous bike I bought I left it in the old house.I never ride that bike as it was heavy and I could learn or move the bike without hurting me... my boyfriend took me here to do some shopping for his ride l2p and he knew that I wish to learn to ride ...with his principles let's look around and see if I like and and suits for me any bike ... and here we are I meet in the shop someone professional who recommend a bike for starters they show me a specialized bike I just get in love from the first time when I get in contact with my new bike .Those people measure me , they recommend me the perfect bike for my size they are really professional , I highly recommend this shop . My first time when I could really hold a bike .I bought this bike for recreation and fun.Many thanks and thanks to support me ! good team !

I am very thankful that Geoffrey Butlers so quickly fixed the rivets on my front Campagnolo derailleur. The rivets sheered off last night. GB took my bike this afternoon and had it fixed within 3 hours. A very good price of under £36 to fix.

Excellent service! I went to get my first road bike with little idea of what I needed. The salesman that served me was a wealth of knowledge and I am very happy with the bike I got.

Excellent service again at GB. Had a problem with the brakes on my sons bike, spoke to Steven and the mechanic sorted it out in no time at all.



Always been happy with the service, even when I brought my Bianchi CV Infinito from here. All the guys are friendly and happy to talk to you.

Brilliant! I was in a jam and needed a new bottom bracket fitting on my bike the same day. I called at 13:00, arrived 14:15 and left with a fixed bike and a big smile by 15:00. Fantastic customer service !! Thank you !!

I've done a couple of mail orders from Sydney Au, then decided to visit the shop while stopping over in London. The staff were excellent, I thought the shop had a pretty cool vibe about it... Really enjoyed chatting with you guys... Cheerios

Popped in this morning to pick up a bike. Bearing in mind I paid for this in full, on-line, also paid for a tubeless setup; in advance of pick up. I was expecting at least a pleasant experience. But what did I get ?



- suspicion

- indifference





After travelling an hour and half each to get there, there is one good thing to come out of it - I will never need to go there again.
