I founded #MeTime to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. #MeTime, we just don't get enough.

I am a qualified personal trainer with a YMCA level 3 Diploma in Personal Training. I am also a certified 3rd Age Woman Instructor.

As a Duke of Edinburgh expedition leader, I recently achieved my level 2 in Activity First Aid.

A fully insured member of REPs - Register of Exercise Professionals

A third Dan Black Belt in Goju-Ryu Karate

A fully qualified teacher and Mum of 2 gorgeous girls.

Well I'm actually feeling a bit sad that this is the last week! I've never been in a gym before nor done this sort of fitness and I've been quite surprised at how much I've enjoyed it! Giulietta has been a fantastic instructor; encouraging and knowledgeable and eager to give us all sorts of exercises to help us tailor a routine to the areas we want to work on. I'd hugely recommend booking on the course, particularly if like most of us you are time poor and trying to cope with the onset of middle age! Thanks Giulietta!

Thanks to Giulietta I have now been described as an exerciser!! I have just completed her 6 week course and have made massive progress - we have exercised outside in the park using trees, logs and natural hills, outdoor gym equipment and we even had a session inside... each week has been varied, fun and hard enough to make a difference... I have looked forward to every session - love it!!

I’ve enjoyed Giules’s Tuesday evening sessions so much, genuinely look forward to the exercise. She’s a lovely, friendly, encouraging and really knowledgable instructor who pushes you while completely putting you at your ease. It’s such an upbeat, diverse session, totally recommend.

I've loved Giulietta's classes. Having never done strengthening exercise before I have really enjoyed learning to bring that in to the mix. Classes are fun and friendly which is great as after the first class I looked forward to every one, even got myself there after a Saturday night out. I've also never used gym equipment before and found a class based approach really positive as we improved together. Our class was outdoors which I also love. Giulietta provided options and alternatives for our individual body conditions, injuries and fitness levels. The weekly exercise plan to help build a realistic programme for busy people has meant that we can all keep it up. I'm signing up for another course, thanks for getting me in to a new routine, and lovely classmates as well, see you in September...

I've been doing Giulietta's 6 week interval training course. Kind of shocked to say this, but I've actually really enjoyed it. My poor muscles are aching for a day or so afterwards so I know it's making an impact! Giulietta really knows her stuff. Is encouraging, observant and extremely knowledgable and really good to be around. I went into this wanting to shift some weight and up my general fitness but have come out of this with a greater awareness of how important exercise is for bone density etc etc So good to be outside in the fresh air, in the park too, rather than cooped up in a gym.

I haven’t taken part in any exercise since the birth of my child (20 months who!) and did none over my pregnancy! So I was pretty nervous about starting it again. But Giules makes you feel supported throughout. It is a challenging class but in a good way- you feel like you have achieved something and actually strengthened your muscles and done some exercise! I feel like my confidence in my ability to exercise is coming back! Thanks so much and looking forward to next term!! Megan

Before training with Giules I hadn’t done much exercise since having my baby 7 months before and getting fit seemed daunting, but I’m so pleased I signed up.

The sessions were a great balance – challenging enough to make you push yourself, but manageable and dare I say it… enjoyable?!



Giules made sure the exercises were safe for my postnatal body (she checked my abdominal muscles to make sure I was ok to do core work and showed me how to avoid putting unnecessary strain on my pelvic floor muscles) so I could throw myself into it all with confidence. I’m looking forward to the next round of sessions ☺
