Very friendly and helpful staff, wouldn't go anywhere else for my equestrian bits and pieces!

Really happy customer, this was my very first order and was for a delivery, couldnt ask for a better service from intial phone call to delivery, i woukd like to thank Jo the delivery drive who was lovely. 5 Stars from me

Just come back from G/C, and I couldnt be happier. Just purchased lovely pair of boots and Riding hat for my daughter and the service was faultless. Really not sure what the girls name were that served me, but they were so polite, knew what they were talking about and were smashing with my daughter hat fitting. Thank you so much girls, looking forward to seeing you soon to collect. Saddlesdane has a lot to learn about customer service and just being nice as we did go there a couple of weeks ago, but the woman in there clearly had better things to do than serve us and said that she would not measure my daughters head unless I was buying the helmet on the day. Well done Gillet Cook. Thank you.
