Well what can I say about this place............ it is absolutely amazing. The staff are very helpful and very friendly and are all experts. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough and now both my hubby and I have our memberships the sky is the limit with the goals we want to achieve. We love it and absolutely love going............. it is very fast becoming the highlight of my week!! :-D
Various reasons make this gym the best in the area.
1. Great equipment, mixture of weights and cardio. I like that the cardio is split from the weight section.
2. Separate room for spin classes, fitness classes which are inclusive of your contract!
3. Staff are very helpful, always happy to assist and give advice.
4. Overall, very clean with locker and shower facilities.
5. Supplements, the reception area have a wide range of protein etc... Competitive prices, and very handy indeed.
6. Ample secure parking with CCTV, this is a big bonus in my opinion.
7. Last but not least, very competitive membership prices.

This is one of two gyms I've ever trained at, and felt comfortable with. Only to find out that the owners of glfitness was the managers of the other gym I trained at. Glfitness has all the equipment you need for any workout. And the classes are brilliant. The owners also have extensive knowledge on training and have a great protein. I give glfitness top marks......... I'm a member now for life

Just joined the gym. The staff have been really helpful so far and have booked me in for a training session. First time going tonight and I'm really looking forward to it! I like the fact that it's in a location where people won't just be walking past all the time and the cardio bit is really sectioned off so I won't feel like people can see me sweating like a pig!!

Staff are always so friendly here which makes a huge difference and they know who everyone is unlike bigger companies. Makes it a little more personal and meaningful.

Where do I start joined this gym as it looked nice and new which it is and local to my work but soon realised I needed gym nearer home, got miss sold my membership after being told I was free to cancel at any time by a member of staff I was then offered a discount as I work in the area but not told that would tie me into a 12 month contract, after speaking to another member of staff I was told to contact Ashbourne management services as this is who I'm contracted to not the gym who when I called really didn't care I'd been miss sold my membership verbally, never received any contact back from the gym or Ashbourne after making my problem aware to them and feel my membership was misinterpreted by staff when sold to me but all they care about is getting your money, be careful when signing up with this gym from a very let down member, next step trading standards
