Really proud to have this cafe in the rec. The staff are always do friendly and the prices are so affordable. I love the fact we can make a day of it down the rec and there's lots to do locally. We often pop in for drinks and ice pops and the staff couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. My friends also rave about the breakfasts to x well done to all staff for all your hard work :) thank you x

Just moved into the area and have been over 3 times in the last week or so! Friendly staff, reasonably priced, clean and a lovely atmosphere! Would recommend it to others! �

I have only been able to use this cafe 2/3 times and find it to be well priced clean and friendly staff

BUT why is it open so little ??

I go over to the recreation park every day and today was there with 12 children wanting drinks ice cream ect there were lots of other children and parents enjoying the play area too and all wanted to use the toilet and ofcourse wanting ice cream we counted 65 people in the park I'm sure after speaking to most of them they would of used the cafe

Just seems a bit pointless this was refurbished at the expense of the local council for the local people !!!!

Just think at this time of the year it should be open every day

if the company running it cannot open it then let someone who can

I'm sure there are lots of people who could do this

A gem of a place right in the heart of New Town. Great staff and very friendly service, good selection of food and drinks. At last, we can combine a trip to the playground with a coffee break! Do try it out when you are next at the park.
