great venue for my friendly weight watchers meeting, Wednesdays at 9:30am

Wonderful staff really helpful had a block booking for our ladies team couldn't have ask for anymore plus had my boys party there this weekend amazing ��

We had a birthday party today for my 8 year old - what a fab time they all had !!! I couldn’t fault it, we had a premiership party with coach Dean who was great. You really don’t have to bring anything or do anything brilliant !!! Highly recommend !!!

Venue was excellent. Rachel the bar manager was so accommodating and helped me out big time with the balloon fiasco i had lol 6 clusters got completely tangled into one massive cluster and they separated them for me back into 6! couldn't have done that without them. They made all the guest welcome and everything was completely stress free. Would highly recommend this venue.

There have been many Goals centres I have had the privilege to grace with my brilliance, but none of them come close to that of Bexleyheath Goals. The newly laid pitches, the excellent provided facilities, and the great customer service of the Monday team, especially Racheal, Vicky, and Aimee, whom work endlessly hard to make sure we have an enjoyable and stress-free experience, are just some of the reasons why this is the best goals centre out there.

My son had his 10th party here today, it was fantastic! He had a brilliant time, and none of the boys wanted to leave � Josh, the coach, was absolutely fantastic, he kept them all entertained, and pulled out all the stops! Would definitely recommend!

My son and his football team friends loved his 7th birthday party - massive thanks to sam for making it extra special ...... can’t wait to bring the boys back again �

My grandson had he's 7th birthday party here it was excellent staff could not have been more helpful as our grandson has a severe nut allergy the only thing is we had to supply our own cake because of his allergy. Would definitely go again and recommend to others

Just had a great birthday party for my son at goals bexleyheath the coach Dean was fantastic with the kids and made it a lot of fun for them and the food was great, would definitely recommend a party there ��

If your all looking for a 5 side league to join I would highly recommend coming to Bexleyheath goals. The service, help and time that Racheal, Aimee and Vicky provide in the Monday 5 aside leagues is top notch.

I've always had great reception and interaction with all the staff from behind reception to the referees on the pitch. Impressed with the professionalism even when being verbally abused which I have witnessed a number of times and isn't pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a fab birthday here today the children had a ball pardon the pun. The birthday boy loved every minute and the coach Dean just made it so special what a lovely chap he is was amazing with the kids and would totally reccomend a party here especially if your luckily enough to get Dean as the coach . Hope to come back again soon ... Thanks again Sonia

Been playing the Monday 5 a side league for a couple years now and always received excellent service and treatment. Rachel is a very approachable and helpful manager with a good staff team behind her.

Bar staff were great, especially josh, thanks.

Just had our 40th wedding anniversary here the room was freezing cold and had to keep coats on until the room warmed up which took a while and at the end of the night the staff was going round taken people's drinks which they had just paid for and throwing them away. If there was no drinking up time they should not have served us.

Waste of my money. Booked for my 40th. We had to ask for the room to be hoovered. The bar staff kept leaving the bar making my guests wait. The toilets had one out of action. No one responded to my complaints. Would not recommend.

I had a party at Goals Bexleyheath on 3rd May 2014 for my sons 10th birthday. I have to say i was so upset I wasted my money. My sons birthday only had 5 and a half candles on. The group picture is so small I can hardly see who the children are. We asked for drinks refills which we did not get. I paid for everything as I did not want the hassle of doing anything. I chose the hot food option which was hot dogs, burgers and pizza. The pizza was brought out 20 minuets after the other food which meant children that only ate pizza had to wait. Parents that stayed at the party had to wait a long time to be served with teas and coffees. When they was served it was after they had to hunt for a member of staff to serve them. I wrote a emaill to complain on 4th May 2014 for the attention of the general manager and to this day I have not heard a word from him. I did have a member of staff call me saying he agreed with the pictures I had sent and that the general manager had been on holiday but was back and would be contacting me. I am still waiting. I feel I should compensated for this and not with Goals vouchers. My son was very upset when he was presented with his cake and group picture. I would not have got the picture had I not of asked if someone was going to take it which was done at the end of the day and not when it was meant to be done. I think Goals customer service is very bad. Goals also supplied party bags which did not even have do much as a little sweet or lolly. After paying over £200 for this party I feel me and my son should be compensated. I will not be recommending Goals Bexleyheath to any of my friends.

I Booked a party for my 6 year old and the whole thing was a shambles, there was 2 members of staff running the whole building. no staff was there to explain how the party run, the party packaged changed and I was not advised. the 5 and 6 year olds never received their half time drinks until 50 mins after me chasing 3 times!

they did not get the photo I was told they would get when I paid for the package. the coach was not even entertaining the children instead he was playing penalties with older children that was not part of the party! only when I questioned it her coached the kids! there was not safety procedures for the children, the coach wasn't aware how many children were at the party and who they were. god forbid if anything may have happened!

I have made a full complaint in writing and the customer service is just as bad, I’m not entitled to a full response in writing only via telephone!!!



I will be taking this further as I am appalled with the service I have received !
