Love the classes, the instructors are so good and motivational and cater for all young, old and different fitness levels . The new machines are really good with the revamp �

Gym membership very cheap , compared to other gyms that offer pool , jacuzzi ,steam ,sauna , free aerobic classes .

Large spacious gym , with the latest exercise machines / plenty of aerobic classes / clean changing rooms with separate steam sauna for ladies . Free parking for members. Large pool with jacuzzi. Very helpful staff . Amazing restaurant one of the best restaurant in Hounslow , offering fresh homemade made . Overall excellent club .

Worst gym experience with my 1 year membership. The equipment is often out of order and/or is broken. The gym floor is sweaty with no working air cons. Water tap nozzles dance around. You have to depend on luck to get a parking spot outside as these are limited. Worse still, you have to walk back and forth to put a parking pass in your car. The only thing that's worth the star are the class trainers. They're super helpful and motivational. Otherwise it's a big mess, where, if you end your contract, you'll still be charged months after [an issue that is getting resolved]. Save your money for a gym that cares about its consumers.

The worst experience of my life !! The equipment is out of service practically on the daily basis !! The swimming pool and sauna out of order almost all the time !! The changing area is always dirty and smelly !!



I have also never experienced such rude staff and management. If you complain they will tell you to send an email that it never gets replayed to. If you talk about your issues you are faces with stupid answers from the staff such as I can't do anything about it or that's how it is !!



Trying to cancel your membership is a nightmare! My membership has finished as of 1st of February when I have tried to inform them that I am not going to re-new it as I am not happy with the service I was informed that I will have to pay additional 1 month fee as I have not given them any notice !? Really !? My membership has ended for crying it out loud !! When I said to them that I am not going to pat any additional fees as I have not enjoyed the service and therefore, used the gym only about 10 tines throughout the entire year and that it is rude to ask me for more money the most stupid girl told me that EITHER WAY THEY ARE GOING TO GET THE MONEY EVEN IF IT HAS TO BE THROUGH A DEBT COLLECTING SERVICES !!



How can you say sth like that in your work place !?



Do not use that gym !! DO NOT USE IT !!

The management of the Hounslow Golds Gym are big cheaters. One of the staff reffered me to the offer that was going on where you introduced someone and you get a month free. I introduced a friend in march 2018 and I was promised that I won't be charged in the month of may. I looked up my bank statementry and guest what they charged me. I questioned this to the manager and she goes it's too late now we can't do anything about it... as your name was never mentioned when your friend joined. I clearly remember writing my name down on my friends application form and the receptionist saying "you won't be charged in the month of may 2018".



The people who work here are big cheaters and liers all they want is your money and provide you with shit customer service.

So here goes my story:

I recently moved flats and could no longer use the gym. Called them and requested to cancel my membership. (12months contract was ended the time I called so i could cancel anytime with 1 month's notice) this lovely yet not so proactive lady told me over the phone to send them an email with my membership details and they will cancel it. I sent 1st email on the 23rd July and was expecting not to be charged on 1st September. 1st of September came and guess what? Yep you guessed it right!! So I called back and a guy called Zalter answered. I explained him the situation and he said my membership was not cancelled and to send him the email again and he will cancel it right away although I will not get refund for the previous month. Dispite been pissed off I kept calm and send him another email with previously sent email attached. Now comes 1st of October and yet another payment appears on my bank statement... I call back and Zalter picks up again, this time he gives another excuse that coz i called on 3rd Sep, I was not within the cancellation period??? Fuck my life!!! Honestly I am speechless.

Karl Sandhu has completely ruined and tarnished the Golds Gym brand it makes me sick to think they would still allow this racist and sexist pig represent them.



He can easily fix the problems in the centre like the showers, jacuzzi, hot tub, hygiene and members complaints but he chooses to ignore them all.



I’ve been told by a few members while working for him that the centre used to be at a good standard slipped greatly when C.E.O Karl Sandhu took over he stopped putting money into the business and stopped listening or caring about the members and he wonders why he has more cancellations then new members.



The work conditions you are made to work in should be against human rights as you are not able to drink water or even have your full break this is why you have a huge turn over of staff.



The staff have to come in and work in fear and Karl Sandhu watches endlessly through the cameras and always when hurling abuse down the phone to the point that staff are left dreading to come to work the next day.



It’s a shame because the staff are really nice but because Karl Sandhu hasn’t kept his centres maintained if something goes wrong they end up suffering even more when they have no control in the matter if they pass your concerns on they are shouted at, if something goes wrong they are shouted at please keep this in mind before taking out your frustration out at staff believe me they hate it just as much as you.



It’s a shame that Karl Sandhu is this way he seems like a spoilt brat that got handed his fathers business but doesn’t have a clue what he is doing it’s a shame that his father passed it on to such a rotten seed.



Karl if you end up reading this if you don’t like white or black folk working for you please don’t hire them when you are out of options because all you do is extend the probation period until you find someone to your liking them dismiss them on false grounds as you please.

Had cancel my membership back on the 2nd of August 2017, under special agreement with manager (hygiene level not met, permanently broken equipment) after making huge fuss. After months received notice from CRS that I’m due over £160.

Old manager doesn’t work there, new manager claims I never cancel membership.

I did sign this piece of paper with cancellation. With 30 day notice, last payment went in September 2017, never used gym that month.

Now new manager is kind enough to look for that form, but if not in file she cannot due anything!!!



How ridiculous service it is. You filling the form and then form is disappearing as not register in system....
