New to veganism so have basically spent the last 2 weeks hungry! Very excited to receive my first order! The website is reasonably easy to use and has a great selection of items. I hope my next review says "delivered fast and in full!"

I love the fact that I can do my whole weekly shop, from frozen, fridge, supplements and treats and get it all delivered safely to my door exactly when I choose. Love this company.

I have been using this company for a while now to buy yeast free foods. Always delivered on time and if an item is out of stock they ring to offer an alternative (altho iv only ever had one item out of stock from all orders placed) thank you for your continued great service

I Live in a remote Welsh valley amongst sheep farmers! Postal deliveries help to keep my identity secret, and anyway the local shops don't stock vegan (they don't even know what that means) my nearest health shop is half an hour's drive away and they don't always stock what I want. Have tried other vegan suppliers online, but found Goodness Direct is the best in terms of price, availability of goods and packaging. Have had a few orders from them now,especially love the non meat, cheatin range. Helps to make a great Sunday roast and lets me look the local sheep in the eye without guilt.

An excellent company. Competitive prices, where I have saved loads of money in comparison to the specialist supermarket I used to go to. Consistently good produce and service and I have been shopping with them for a year now. Plus the free delivery I get with my orders, makes it the easiest way I have of shopping by far and as a disabled person who needs someone else to go shopping with, this matters.

After not being able to buy the milk i needed in any of my usual places i searched online and found Goodness Direct. The product was dispached for next day delivery, great service!

Absolutely love this place and its ethos as an organisation. Has everything for my vegan needs, including a good selection junk food like cakes and pies.



The only thing that occasionally lets it down is the couriers who can make you waste entire days waiting for them and then not deliver. That and the fact it's a Christian-based organisation which annoys me as an atheist, especially as I have nothing but praise for them ;-).

Really pleased with my first order very prompt delivery. I am a little disappointed however with making a second order, I half filled a basket during the week as most items that I needed were out of stock, I saved my order to continue later .

They don't tell you when they are sending a separate delivery when you have arranged a day off to take the whole order, and if one item in chilled is out of stock, they offer a refund. I would rather be contacted and have the item sent with the rest when it's in stock. Back to the positive!
