Great food great vibe! Not sure what Gostosa means but the food sure is tasty! The meat has that barbecue flavour and they have the best brazilian cocktails out side of Rio (that I have had so far).

Fantastic staff. Friendly and clean. Amazing love music. I felt like I was home. I kinda felt guilty because I've lived here for five years but never realised how amazing this place is .

Very disappointed with its service. Not the first time I've made an order online, waited for the delivery time expected (around 1h) and just receive a phone call from them much later saying they were sorry but they had a problem at their system and wasn't notified by my online order. That happened few months ago and I stopped ordering at Gostosa Pizzeria. Tonight I decide to try my luck again, just to find out they still have the same poor customer service as before. What a shame! I've been a customer since it was open and the quality of its service has gone down the hill without any doubt.

I don't recommend it to anyone!

Regular customer at this place but today we Ordered the Picanha Na Chapa (supposed to be grilled) and got some PALE boiled piece of something full of water in the container. I DID NOT RECEIVE PICANHA it was another type of meat boiled to be made soft so they can call it Picanha. Called the restaurant to ask if the menu had changed and spoke to someone called Amal claiming to be the manager. This guy has Absolutely no management skill what so ever. Dictated to me that the dish I was looking at was the dish he was watching being cooked and WAS the dish they sent out. I'm a chef and know he difference between boiled & grilled. All he did was talk down to me and offered no resolution at all. What a joke. I have spoked to Just Eat who requested a refund as we have ordered from there 51 times according to their records and even the customer service guy was shocked at Amals decision to not refund us or exchange the dish. This guy is obviously new, not Brazilian and hasn't got a clue! It was a good restaurant....... once....

O pior hambúrguer de 20 libras que já vi na minha vida. Dizem que é de picanha. Me mandaram alguma coisa entre uma Sola de sapato e um pedaço de pano de chão com pneu de caminhão.

Liguei pra reclamar e fui insultado.

Não há troca ou devolução de nenhuma natureza.

Já chamei ao Just Eat pra reclamar também mas infelizmente não tem jeito.

Você está em casa de boa e quer pagar caro pra comer algo de qualidade e recebe um serviço horrível e ainda é insultado.
