I have been a customer with these owners for years. They've evolved their store and produce so much and I love their approach to new products and a healthy and veggie/vegan focus. If you're looking for a more obscure cooking ingredient and want to support a local family, these guys are the best!

Grains&Green is probably the best wholefood shop you will find on Mare Street in Hackney. You can find a vast variety of positive organic, fairtrade & local produce from food (& fresh food from the café by an excellent chef), drinks, baby products, environmentally friendly household products to eco-wear and an amazing gift collection.

There is also a lovely outdoor garden area to escape from the main road.

This is a child friendly and family welcoming shop with amazing & caring staff and management. With apositive and great attitude.

The price of products are also incredibly reasonable compared to wholefood shops I have used before.

I am so grateful for your smiles & conversations as well as sourcing products I use on a day to day basis.

I would highly recommend a visit to this shop, they definatley have the right energy and conscious thinking
