I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful waitress who helped me today; my son (who suffers from autism) and I had planned to go to a soft play centre with friends but after visiting two and not being able to park we decided to go to Grand Central. Needless to say, my son was extremely upset and took quite sometime to get into the restaurant and was bribed on the promise that he could get a toy egg (conveniently located right next to the entrance) when the waitress then came over, she was extremely positive and upbeat and ensured my son that he was going to get a balloon, CBeebies was already on the tv which was then followed by crayons a fruit shoot, fast food service (Matthew ate the lot!) and no judgement when the kids were playing whilst me and my friend enjoyed our much deserved caffeine after dinner. Thank you very much again and I look forward to coming back soon!!

Had a brilliant Fathers Day Lunch here! Our waiters were helpful, efficient and friendly, couldn't have done more, and especially to the 2 little ones we had with us. The food was very good indeed. What topped the whole meal off was the entertainment, a magician who performed right at our table. The little ones were thrilled. Well done to every one at Grand Central, and to Michael Pearce, the magician. Thank you all.

Celebrated my daughters 8th Birthday today with family. Our waiter was brilliant with the children, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our first visit to this restaurant, but definitely won’t be our last, thank you for a fantastic meal and enjoyable evening.

Came here for dinner tonight with my fiancé and 3 year old daughter. What a lovely evening! The food and drinks were served quick and the food was very tasty and hot.



They were amazing with my 3 year old and gave her lots of attention and she loved it! Definitely visit here again very soon and will recommend this restaurant x

Came for my daughters 9th birthday with our 3 children and parents. Food was lovely and our waitress was fab too. We were lucky to have Trevor Cline there for balloons and magic and he topped our night. Very impressed overall.

Marie Celeste experience

Popped in for lunch after the cinema. The restaurant was very empty and whilst the food was ok, service wasn’t great, and ribs were fine but nowhere to put the bones of the chicken wings!

Toilets clean but took ages before someone appeared for me to pay the bill.

Cheap drink

11 of us ate here on Sunday....Tanya our server was excellent went above and beyond to help us, lovely caring lady. Food was ok, 4 of us had the roast which was very large, no taste to it though and some of the veg were hard. Those who had the burgers and ribs thoroughly enjoyed them maybe next time I'll have one of those. Quite good value for money as the portions were large.

Was there for breakfast yesterday £10 for a fry up, fried solid hash brown which was inedible, specifically asked for no mushroom, came on the plate and juice from it on the other parts of the breakfast. The waitress replaced the hash brown but no 'sorry' and no let up on the Bill, I could have had my cuppa tea for free or something especially since the fry up is a tenner! The positives are the place is nice and the lunch/dinner menus look nice. Breakfast is not value for money, in future I'll stick to a cafe.

Came for a meal with friends service was good very friendly but sorry food was not good burger was over cooked and very dry , edible but didn’t enjoy it friends thought same too, place was very empty for a Friday night sorry but won’t be returning again
