Been here on many occasions for evening drinks in the champagne bar and terrace. Good service, great selection of wines, liqueurs, beers and cocktails. Dinner was amazing too and service was excellent in the restaurant.
A great 4 night break for our 1st trip to Jersey. Hugo and his staff certainly went the extra mile to make sure every need was taken care of. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

Wonderful meal. Great presentation and fantastic flavours. Very knowledgeable sommelier. Very deserving of its 3 AA Rosettes.
Paid nearly £200 for very small bedroom with uncomfortable double bed and frosted windows as no view except brick wall. (Premier Inn have larger rooms and comfortable king-size beds!). OK terrace at front of hotel with great views of bay across from main road, but 3 out of 5 evenings they had corporate events on so limited seating area available. Small pool in basement. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely not 5 star standard! I would recommend booking a hotel with an outside pool so that you had somewhere to swim and relax especially when weather is good.
Tired in places, but the staff and atmosphere are good, a little old fashioned but an experience. Try it before it is turned into apartments which would be a shame
Restaurant is really nice and staff is very friendly. Food is beautiful too :-)
