Went to a wedding there. Staff are very friendly and the food was top. Staff wanted to listen to your request and did try their best to resolve it. I cannot fault them in any way including the dress code was on point.

Was at wedding venue beautiful set up really nice An the food was done by spice village 5* food An waiters were on the ball .... excellent all round 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Really good palace good hole good security to park proper place.but the problem is our Asian community they are not understandings.they think this is India Pakistan hotel they are not understand we are live in London.not in Asia.

Just like to Thank Jamal and his team at Grand Sapphire for the outstanding event they provided for my sisters wedding. The food was amazing and the interior decor all of our guests were very pleased with the food and service provided by the people at Grand Sapphire. Build up to the wedding Jamal was very helpful in helping organise the wedding. Hope to be back at Grand Sapphire soon. Keep up the good work guys.

I was here at a cousin's wedding and was impressed by the exterior of the building as it reminded me of a fairytale architecture.

The place is spacious unlike other venues where tables are so close to each other and there is no room to move a baby buggy around.

The inside parking is limited and is not enough for everyone, but off street parking is available.

The only thing is the lighting was dark and not bright enough for people taking photos with their camera's.

I'm not sure if something can be done about that.

I really like this venue and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been to Meridan Grand and by far this and Grand Sapphire are in my top 5 venues so far.

People will be most impressed by the outside of this venue as it really is stunning and majestic.

I had my wedding here and to be completely honest from the moment i walked in that door greeted by the owner and an amazing manager Mr Nauman ... i knew that id be getting married there !! I immediately cancelled my booking at a different hall only to lose my deposit, thats how blown away i was by the beauty of the hall ... The event co-ordianation was run exactly as i wanted (all on paper itenaries) from the style of the way napkins were placed to the way the dessert would be plated (they even bought plates so my trio dessert would be plated the way i wanted) ... they really pushed the limits to consider everything i wanted and genuinely made it happen !! They took on all the headaches for extras such as magic mirrors to laying out my guest book table ... i genuinely cannot fault them for anything ... ontop of all that there food was amazing just as i expected from the taster session !! The canapes were amazing as i was told by guests and the starters mains and condiments were all top notch as i ate it myself !! Alot of people said it was the best wedding theyve been to ... a beautiful hall with an amazing team running it ... thank you very much for an amazing never to be forgotten walima x javed 29/12/16

Great Atmosphere Highly recommend.

First of all I want to give a big thanks to the grand sapphire team for organising a exceptional function for my brother. We had minimal time to plan our function to be precise less than 3 months. We browsed around for venues and we came across the lavish grand sapphire which caught our eyes. We made a appointment to view the venue and discuss our requirements with the very helpful Suliman. Suliman made us feel so stress free at the meeting and assured us everything would be taken care of by his professional team, we went through all my thoughts and what I imagined our function to be like. Suliman guaranteed to deliver, on top made a tailor made package which included catering, decoration, venue hire and hotel stay ! What more would one want everything under one roof. Suliman s exact words to us were " you will come like a guest and go like a guest" and certainly that was the case. We had numerous meetings prior to the event which was lovely as we were in touch and made us feel assured. We had a food taster meeting where we decided our menu, we enjoyed this as the food was amazing. On the day of our function when we arrived we had a dedicated events manager who managed everything so well. Everything was just how we planned or better should I say. Our guests had a exceptional experience and couldn't stop complimenting the food & decoration and how grand our function was. The bride & groom had a lovely time at the grand sapphire hotel and said the service was VIP. So lastly I want to say a massive thank you to all the team for making our family's dream wedding come true. We also highly recommend this venue as they deliver 100% customer service, and make their guests feel a million dollars. Function was on 21st December 2016

Fantastic place and food- and even better people to work with- extremely courteous, accommodating and went the extra 10 miles to make sure my charity event was a success - could not recommend them any higher!

Excellent spacious venue ideal for a grand wedding! Venue was decorated magnificently for our recent family event. With the venue being so spacious with lovely interior creates a fantastic atmosphere. Only one down side was unlike many asian weddings a lot of our guests turned up on time so this meant the foyer area became very squashed. Obviously you weren't helped as our decorator took slightly longer than expected in setting up the venue :) However to their credit they did set up the venue beautifully. Excellent food, decoration , desserts & live entertainment.

Attended my neice's wedding on 18/2/2017..

Very clean and immaculate halls, light decorations were beautiful..

Table /chairs & hall well maintained and decorated..

Very light and airy halls with ample space between the seatings..

The staff and management were very proffesional and welcoming..

The bedrooms are somewhat small but are clean and serve their purpose..

Breakfast is somewhat limited but then again it serves it's purpose..

A bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort..

We were very impressed by everything about this hotel. Very reasonably priced double room, large bed, nice en suite, and good choice of English or continental breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.. Uninspiring view from our window, but that didn't matter at all. Altogether great value for money.

Rooms are tidy and good value if you are working away from home OR if you have something special to go to.. Nice breakfast.With very nice helpful staff :)

I stayed in the Queen Deluxe suit which is something else, nothing like any other hotel room I have ever stayed in, a real experience.

Room service was not really room service, food ordered with reception who advise you when its ready, you then collect from reception, odd!!

The staff are friendly and helpful, cant comment on breakfast as I missed it. Over all I enjoyed my stay.

The food might be fantastic here if you have a wedding or party to attend but if like us you just stay here to visit the area/ Work it’s a different story. Receptionist not there when you arrive, bedroom very small, no wardrobe, just a rail on the wall and no coat hangers.

If you like bacon with your breakfast it’s fake turkey bacon which was so awful tasting I could not eat in a sandwich with egg!

When you do see staff they are lovely, the bed is large and comfortable ( fills the room) we managed to get in the car park which is free. The decor is bling +++

For the price and convenience it's ok...if u want bit more space room service ...a lobby etc ...it ll cost u lot more in London ...staff were nice friendly would recommend if the wedding is there just because it's reasonably price ...wedding food was bit pants though nice enough loads of oil in curry and I've had better despite the volume of ppl at asian weddings dhal veg curry particularly bland ..however salmon starter was nice and interesting ...however the wedding hall was spacious despite numbers nothing worst than having second seating or being crammed like sardines with to many tables ...

After checking went to my room needed a iron and ironing board I went to the reception waiting for about five minutes to see the reception, just to ask for the iron she said in was in use but I eventually had to wait for 45 minutes before I got the iron and the ironing board which was my second trip down to the reception desk.
