Part of Grange Hotels’ Bloomsbury Townhouse Collection, Grange Clarendon Hotel nestles quietly in the literary heart of London; a quintessentially English townhouse with its own charming style and enchanting ambience. Formerly an early 19th century Georgian townhouse, Grange Clarendon Hotel has since had its period detailing immaculately restored. The hotel features 51 individually-appointed bedrooms, fitted with a range of modern amenities and fully en-suite bathroom facilities. Breakfast is served daily in the hotel restaurant, with light snacks and drinks available 24 hours a day at the in-house lounge bar. Offering quiet relaxation and peaceful comfort, yet just moments from the British Museum and London’s major shopping districts and theatres, this boutique hotel is perfectly located for any visit to the capital. Nearby Holborn and Russell Square underground stations provide convenient transport links, whilst Euston, Kings Cross and St. Pancras International rail stations are only a short walk away.

The Clarendon is really rather good. I always enjoy staying here when I'm in London. On a beautiful quintessentially 'London' street, so close to so much, wonderful staff, spacious lovely rooms. The beds are also VERY comfortable with clean soft sheets and comfy pillows. All for a thoroughly reasonable price!
Not a first time being a guest in this hotel. Lovely room, very nice staff and yummy breakfast 🍳:)
Lovely place to stay, very central to most places, easy to walk to convent gardens etc... bedrooms comfortable and very spacious, food good and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and staff. The room was far bigger than we expected. In a great part of London as it's surprisingly quiet considering you're 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. Nice little park with a play area at the end of the road and lots of nice little bars and eateries dotted around. Would definitely go back.
Love the Grange town house collection. I have stayed at most of the Grange Hotels and would highly recommend them. The town house location is just were I need to be regarding tube links and places I enjoy walking to. Friendly, helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely garden and park access to enjoy on a sunny day.
Had a lovely bank holiday break here. Beautiful room, lovely relaxing hotel and very friendly and helpful staff.
Had a great stay. Received a free up grade staff were attentive but not oppressive. Couldn't rate the stay highly enough, rounded off a lovely weekend with a full English breakfast. If I had the opportunity would definitely stay there again! �
Great service, outstanding hospitality, very helpful and friendly staff, without forgetting the unique location of the hotel that is less than a mn walk away from many bus stations!

The room was very good but far too warm for me, I even opened a window at 2am, the breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and efficient.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would certainly recommend this hotel to others
The room was stunning. We were gobsmacked at how nice and big it was when we first walked in. Very clean and lovely staff. I'd say if you dislike a hard mattress you should perhaps avoid, but it was only a small thing in a lovely stay.
Was told we had a free upgrade (thank you), and the room was nice. Until I was woken up at 4.30am by someone's heavy feet on the floor above. Which carried on intermittently until we left. Did not have a good night sleep. Spoke to the manager, who said no one has complained before, and that we can have a discount on our next booking... not likely.
