We are a diverse group of institutions and organisations, including trade unions, NGOs, research institutes and UN bodies, who have come together to champion a transition to a green and fair economy

Despite the diversity of the members of our coalition, we have all come together because we recognise that the current economic system is failing. It is failing to provide social equity; it is failing to preserve our natural resources and ecosystems; and it is failing to provide a sustainable future for the next generation. Business as usual is no longer an option.

The Green Economy Coalition is committed to forging a coherent new economic vision that works for people and the planet.
