Went in this afternoon to purchase some jewellery and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for what was a wonderful experience, especially to Alvaro who couldn’t of been nicer! Thank you Alvaro & Gucci! I hope to be back soon

We visited this store to purchase a belt as my son had saved his money. What a wonderful experience we had Andrea was very knowledgeable and even took the time to write a message when she had wrapped the belt. Looks like we be back, I better start saving had some fantastic shoes !

The wonderful Manuel at Sloane Street looked after me like a princess and I was thrilled with my new loafers - classic black Gucci Loafers for winter.

I bought some amazing shoes. I am so in love with them. The smell and feel of them is divine. I need more shoes and bags for every occassion.

Great store and very friendly and helpful staff, asked if I would like refreshments. Staff went out of there way to help me with my purchase will definitely go back.

Flore is 5* what a fab girl she helped me so much with finding the particular belt I wanted even though they didn't have what I was after in stock she tried everything even to contact me personally to say she'd found something in my size (I eventually got the belt from the website rather than the shop) top customer service!

My 14 year old son went to buy a t-shirt at the store. When we got home we found the quality was worse than rubish!

It looks like the mashine making the shirt has been broken.

Lots of small wholes in it.

NOT good at all, and NOT worth the money.
