What can i say! I am not the most motivated of people at the best of times..... BUT with the support from brad and charlotte have made me actually enjoy exercising! Totally shredded is actually the best class i have ever been to and the encouragement you have both given me is so much appreciated. I am looking forward to my pt boxing training with brad too.... although he says hes gonna beast me......� BRING IT ON! Thanks guys xx keep up the good work!

What can I say it's a fantastic gym with a great atmosphere the new owner has changed it so much. It is still as friendly as ever and I recommend it to anyone that is looking to join a gym. There a loads of different classes that suit all. Keep up the amazing work 🖒��

This is a fantastic gym, with fantastic instructors! Really friendly feel to the place. The instructor led classes are really good, and motivational.

Tbh at my age I never thought I be going to a gym or classes as I found them boring before BUT now I'm doing 3 classes a week an gym they are soooooo supportive an very helpful I'm addicted ��� can not fault this place at all the new owner has done good with the place warm happy environment love it �

So friendly and love Chris’ classes so motivating! Highly recommend this gym! Been coming since middle of March and just wish I’d joined sooner

Really nice atmosphere, I always see the staff are really eager to help out, I've only spoken to Pat, but everyone seems friendly and it's great value, definitely feel welcomed and confident to just get on with the machines.

I operate my ((BOUNCE)) classes out of Gym Fit. It’s an extremely friendly, family run gym, who have always made us and our attendees feel so very welcome. The gym itself is buzzing, it has a lovely warm feel to it, with fantastic equipment. The staff are great, and ready to help if needed. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area!

I have just returned after being a member many years ago! I think the Gym looks fab!!! Lots has gone into making it a smart functional space with excellent equipment... Only started back last week. Feels like never been away, staff very friendly and I am SO happy to be back ❤️

Had a break for nearly 16 years from any type of class or gym.couldnt be more please with the help support and advice give buy the team at gym fit.everybodyy is given the same support and encouragement to achieve their personal goals from the experienced to the first timer nobody is left wanting.a welcoming friendly fun fresh looking gym with awesome new layout and equipment leaves you feeling accomplished after every visit.

Fab gym that's recently undergone massive improvements! Welcoming atmosphere and good variety of classes to suit all. Add to this excellent trainers who cater for all abilities, would highly recommend to anyone!

By the far The best decision I've ever made!!, love going down the gym and using this gym so cheap and so AMAZING! I've been training 5 weeks and I've started gaining in strength and Tone, Thank you to everyone at GymFit for being supportive and kind!

Been here for one month from this date! Have had a few PT sessions with the lovely Ruby who has built up my knowledge and my confidence massively. In a short period of time I can notice improvements within my lifestyle. At Gymfit everyone is really supportive in all aspects e.g diet , what foods you should eat for maximum benefit as well as being really friendly easy to talk to people.

Been going 6 months , transformed me physically and mentally , love this gym , staff are superb , friendly and helpful

Always enjoy myself at Gymfit! Great gym, no pressure always plenty of equipment to use and I’ve lost over 17lbs in 4 months! �
