I had the unfortunate time of losing my mum back in November 2016 and contacted Haart in January 2017 in ilford to help me with the process of selling my mothers house, Branch Manager Gero La Lomia came round to explain the process and what it would cost me, after valuing the house, so nothing was hidden, he and his staff are very professional, he also recommended me a fantastic solicitor to help with Probate and smooth and easy sale transaction. Jagdeep Singh always kept in touch on the progress of my sale. any problems or questions I had was answered easily. I was a quite impatient seller but Gero and Jagdeep are top guys and reassured me and I would recommend them to everyone 10/10. Thank you all very much.

I first contacted Haart in November 2015 for a valuation on my flat, as well as another estate agent. This is when I first met Jazz. For personal reasons I decided not to sell at that time.



Forward to October 2016 and I contacted Haart again and ask for a valuation. Luckily, I was allocated Jazz. That's no disrespect meant to her colleagues, in fact they're great but Jazz and I clicked straightaway. I was initially wary and thought that all she'd want was the % I would pay her agency but was I wrong! Jazz is one of the most caring, helpful, honest and genuine people I have ever met. If I called or texted, she would 'sort it' for me. And she always did sort it. I remember texting her a couple of days after I'd signed to have Haart be the sole agents for my flat and asked her to call me. It was after 20:00 on a Friday, which is why I texted her, thinking she'd call me on Monday morning. She rang me less than 5 mins. after I sent the text. This was one of many occasions when Jazz was able to reassure me and reduce my stress levels.



I could write a book on how great Jazz was during the whole process. She made a stressful experience less stressful because she was always at the other end of the phone 24/7 to reassure me (and I needed a lot of reassurance). I have health needs and am disabled, and she was always there to help out, e.g. picking me up and driving me to the solicitors office.



On the day I was due to move, Jazz came round on her day off and helped me pack; I couldn't believe it. I had to put my stuff in storage for a week and when the day came for me to move in, Jazz was there. My flat had been sold about 10 days previously and Haart had already been paid their percentage but Jazz again came round to help unload and move my things into my flat.



Jazz recommended a firm of solicitors to me, a removal company, the list goes on. What was really helpful for me is that they were all happy to be paid after I had received the proceeds of the sale.



Jazz would help me out and sort things that were not even in her job description, e.g. I was feeling really unwell one day and was struggling to deal with a difficult rental agent. This was near the end of the process. I ended up getting really upset and called Jazz without thinking. Jazz said those 5 words I'd become so used to hearing - "don't worry, I'll sort it' and she did.



I would definitely recommend using Haart Ilford to sell your property, and if you are allocated Jazz, you'd have hit the jackpot.
